It has been only positive in all these Years I have worked with Blueprint CPQ

Vantagens:

We use Blueprint software for more then 20 years. Without the Blueprint software it would takes us much longer to create quotes and drawings. It is absolute brilliant and the service is great. To much as soon as you start working with it you will find out how easy it is the work with. The system offers a flexibility to amend things without having to be an IT wizard.

Desvantagens:

I cannot think about anything. We would not being able to do so much in such a short time.

"Great solution for fast-moving companies with complex product offerings"

XaitCPQ is easy to implement and maintain - it's a great solution for complex product lines with a lot of rules to manage and for companies with fast-changing product lines.

Vantagens:

It can handle the most complex compatibility and pricing rules. They supported our implementation on a tight schedule and stayed on time and on budget. Phenomenal uptime and reliability. Very easy to add new products and product features into the interface and rules engine. Admin tasks are straightforward.

Desvantagens:

Communication from the development team (ie with new feature releases or complex bug-fix) is not always timely. They still have room to improve some of their internal admin interfaces (eg for making mass updates to part numbers).

Mixed. OVerall customer support and engagement by the account manager needs to improve. We feel very much out in the cold.

Vantagens:

The licensing mechanism is easy to follow which users have access to which environments. We have access to the SQL DB to perform custom reports. The customer support team are always "trying" to be supportive, but they seemingly lack technical resources behind them to action improvements or fixes quickly.

Desvantagens:

Customer response is on average <48 hours. Customer support (resolution) is weeks to months on average. Continual overdependence on their R&D team.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, I agree our responses and resolutions have sometimes been slower than we would like them to be over recent times. I am sorry for your experience. Xait has recognized this and invested considerably in this area. It has however taken longer than we had hoped it might to find the right people - but now we have enhanced the team (and continue to invest further) you will hopefully see an improvement should you need to call on our support again. The team at XaitCPQ has been incredible. From the very first demo all the way through to delivery and after care, every person we have worked with on our project has been organized, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

Vantagens:

The ability to completely customize the software to our specific needs. We now have the ability to accurately quote our product and generate gorgeous detailed quotes for our customers.

Desvantagens:

If there is anything that is negative for us, it is the missing integration with our current CRM. But even in this they have provided solutions to get us to that integration.

Great looking proposal documents are so important, also for consistency and branding, so it's great to hear it's working well for you. Vantagens:

I loved the Xait tool for preparing the quotes & proposal, easy to use, Low maintenance , easy to access

Desvantagens:

More Currency to be added in xait tool like INR and another country Currency

Thank you for taking time to review our XaitCPQ solution. Multi-currency is a standard feature and it is up to each individual organization which currencies they wish to use, and, where appropriate, the exchange rates they use. Adding INR should be a quick and easy thing to do by your system administrator. Please contact us directly if you would like further help in getting other currencies added.
