The recent visual redesign changing nothing about the way the platform functions, the horrible support and sales services, the awful and un-transparent way credits are put on hold, the reporting features, all of it. > > As an enterprise customer of Respondent for the last 4+ years I'm fed up with the company. The platform itself still works fine, and their panel is still decent. But in the 4 years I've been working with Respondent I've had 10 different account managers. Something is wrong with their sales organization because that level of turnover is absurd\! And none of these account managers ever seem to notify me when they move on, I just reach out about something and get an automated email saying they're no longer with the company.
