Even the basic user experience feels outdated and unnecessarily complicated. If you value responsive service, ethical business practices, or even just a straightforward refund process, I’d strongly recommend exploring other options before committing to this one. Holding onto a small amount of money at the cost of their reputation feels incredibly short-sighted.
