This also affects billing, as we receive many different invoices, which don’t work well for the procurement team. Sometimes, some bugs prevent us from enrolling new students even if we still have available slots, and sometimes the information in the “employee activity” and “manage employees” tabs doesn’t match > > In general, I think it's a good service, and the value could be very well aligned with the price (which is high, but I understand that's the cost of this type of service in the market) if some of the bugs and the other issues I mentioned earlier were improved.
