Comentários: so far so good, it has been okay, way about average but it can be better.

Vantagens:

It's ease of use and affordability compared to other brands.

Desvantagens:

I noticed that while a co-organiser or organiser is speaking, the video tends to come on and go off at intervals. This is not nice participant needs to see the face of the speakers at all times especially if the speaker's video is on and enabled.

The best price/performance ratio webinar tool

Comentários: We used it as a trial version and were very satisfied. The free version didn't sufficiently meet our expectations in terms of customization, so we did a benchmark to find a tool that performed as well. However, in our opinion, Zoho Webinar Pro remains the best value for money.

Vantagens:

Customizable webinar sessions from creation to post-event.

Desvantagens:

It is not being able to translate email communications automatically.

Good Platform

Vantagens:

Overall Experience with Zoho has been great so far. The User Interface is Fantastic. Accesibility of Features in Good.

Desvantagens:

The video file in PPT doesn't work so evertime I need to play video seperately.

Comentários: I am still learning the software. Overall it does what it is supposed to do (similar to Zoom). It has all the major features in a webinar platform; but for a lot less cost. My first impressions with the software is that its a good product

Vantagens:

More features than competitors (Zoom); for less. Allows the ability of an antendee to full-user access rights in given permission by the host.

Desvantagens:

Using the software in conjunction with internet tabs - moving from one tab to another is very cumbersome. Having to stop sharing a screen in order to click on another screen is very time consuming. It takes 5 clicks each time.

Zoho save me Time and Resources!

Comentários: It has been pretty good. My previous methods of doing webinars was all manual using a free conference program and manually recording all data. It was more time consuming than the actual webinar I was holding.

Vantagens:

It is easy to setup and run. It is very easy to see how many people register for my webinars and record metrics.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes I get a lot of emails from Zoho advertising Training and free trials for other pieces of Zoho software I don't use.

Great alternative for Zoom!

Comentários: Great experience. A worthy alternative to Zoom. I have tried many other alternatives, but this is the only one that comes close to zoom.

Vantagens:

Affordable pricing plans and fast interface for webinar attendees.

Desvantagens:

Audio video lags sometimes for attendees. Chat and Q&A are clubbed in one - can be renamed as just Chat section.

Comentários: Good. the ebst part is the inbuilt automations and connect with crm for sending email reminders.

Should have AI notes taker. It is important to take notes and an inbuilt tool will greatly help to summarize the meeting

Convenient for solopreneur on budget

Vantagens:

- Possibility to draft reminder emails to the people who registered - possibility to upgrade the plan when the registration is getting higher than expected - Possibility to have polls and prepare them in advance - Possibility to track the source of the link - I loved all of the provided reports

Desvantagens:

- only one email can be sent after the webinar not really convenient if you want to launch an offer after that - no possibility to integrate the contact list into my CRM

Comentários: Very good. Simplicity is great (setting up webinars), and user friendly when we go live.

Comentários: It has been very useful in setting up webinars. I particularly like the source tracking features that allow me to see where registrations come from.

It was priced in local currency, and allows flexibility with pricing based on need.

Desvantagens:

Webinar registrants cannot access the event without downloading the mobile app. There are no quick links to get into a webinar after registration, besides the one sent via email upon registration confirmation.
