Pros: The ability to have realtime information shared with little to delay, which helped with our departments to coordinate with less errors. Those with access can put in their own data which means no longer having one person dedicated and again leaves room for little errors.

Cons: It does have a mobile feature which is a nice concept however it did not always capture the realtime info as quickly. There were times it would freeze and unable to use the mobile app.
