Comentários: My experience with Guard 1 has always been excellent. Everyone with the company from sales to technical support have always been friendly and helpful.
Vantagens:
Easy to program the software to conform to needs. Very stable system. Little to no down time.
Desvantagens:
None to speak of. We have always been satisfied with the product.

Guard1 plus
Comentários: Our department has been using guard1 system for approx. 10 + years. In those years we have not had any issues with the system or the pipes. We even lost a pipe in the snow for approx. 3 months. We eventually found the pipe in the spring and its still working today.
Vantagens:
its easy to understand and with the help of our county IT person he set it up in minutes and has been running since with very little issues.
Desvantagens:
There is nothing I don't like about this product/software

Comentários: The technical support team are always ready to solve issues with the Pipe, although there has been very few issues with the pipe. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been very helpful and calls me to make sure the Pipe is working right. We have been using the Pipe for over 3 years and have had only one problem that needed to be sent in. The turn around time was very short.
Vantagens:
The Guard 1 is easy to use and reliable. The tamper proof buttons are the way to go.
Desvantagens:
For our jail the Guard 1 performs so well, I have not found any cons .

Very Good Product
Vantagens:
Guard1 is durable, easy to use, easy to train. The software is very manageable and user friendly.
Desvantagens:
Excel printouts could be refined.
