> **Vantagens**: The ease and convenience. From the install to the rollout, it was SEAMLESS. Our staff handled the transition very well and since we switched to RPower, they've been raving about how great it is and how much they love it.

> **Desvantagens**: I am finding it very hard to find a con. The one thing I requested was the battery life on our handhelds as we were not able to see them. I wouldn't even call that a con but more of a request.

> Overall, this experience was amazing. Justin was incredible with our install and training the employees and myself. He is so patient and knowledgeable. 
The RPower helpdesk team is also so easy to work with. They answer your call/ email so quickly. I love that I am actually communicating with a real person in real time. Anyone I come in contact with that owns a business, I recommend RPower\!
I have worked with different POS systems and this one is by far the BEST one out there.

> **Vantagens**: RPower is easily the most in depth POS System I have ever used. It's range of features and customization are something to behold. I have yet to come across something that cannot be done with this software, and highly recommend it for complex or large menus and other sales fronts.

> **Desvantagens**: It's level of ability is often confusing and a little overwhelming. It's taken me 4 months to figure out the basics, with help from POS Nation's excellent customer service. If your needs are on the simpler side, RPower might be a little much to take on.

> For our needs, RPower is great and I can't wait until I speak it's language a little more fluently.
