It represents good value considering the range of features and the UI is modern, simple and functional. There is more than one way of doing the same thing. Document libraries are simple to maintain and show metadata to manage them. Integration with Outlook makes sending out monthly newsletters or other memos simple. I can also train a Copilot AI chatbot on the content which has been very valuable. > > **Desvantagens**: There is a limited amount of page layouts which means it is not possible to make optimal use of the screen real estate and users need to scroll. The tiles can only be 2, 3 or 5. and the edges of the screen appear to be wasted space. > > I built an internal hub site from the ground up for my department.
