> As a technical trainer, I use Eventzilla to manage training events without needing extra tools or technical setup. It allows me to plan events, sell tickets, manage subscriptions, and collect payments in one place.

The integration with HubSpot is quite basic, but the options for customising tickets and add-ons are excellent. Their technical support team is very responsive and helpful. Setting up the platform is straightforward, making it easy for even those without technical expertise to create events.

> **Desvantagens**: One drawback I’ve noticed with Eventzilla is that its branding flexibility is somewhat restricted. There aren’t many templates available for the event registration page, and the options for customising those pages are also quite limited. Also it's embedded widgets are a bit slow.

> We organize in-person events and need to synchronize that data with our existing CRM. Eventzilla has been helpful in facilitating this process. Additionally, we are able to send emails and gather feedback using Eventzilla.

> **Vantagens**: There are so many tools and customizations that are integrated into the platform that allow you to get as detailed as you'd like with your event. The platform is generally intuitive to figure out and super robust in its offerings. The pricing is also more reasonable than other platforms. You get more bang for your buck.

> **Desvantagens**: There is no phone number to call customer support. You have to email them. Sometimes if you're working on something that needs immediate attention, you want to speak with someone on the phone to get it resolved quickly. I found some of the attendee registration clunky and glitchy. I had several attendees that thought they regsitered but somehow their registration didn't go through. I wish the reporting and search functions were better so you could search by some of your form information without having to download a full list of attendees.
