It is amazing how TalentReef helps you keep every candidate's file organized. I am able to keep all employee related documents in the system so when I need something I can find it right away. > > **Desvantagens**: The cognitive tests they provide are not very challenging. The tests are good for an entry level position but not for the job openings I have. > > Organization\! When you are constantly hiring new staff, you need a system that keeps all the information and files organized. ----- ### "TalentReef review" — 5.0/5 > **Okeya** | *22 de abril de 2025* | Artes e artesanato | Taxa de recomendação: 9.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: I like that TalentReef is an application build for location based searches for jobs and hiring. > > **Desvantagens**: I do not like that sometimes the single sign on will not function properly as intended. ----- ### "Regrettable Decision to go with TalentReef" — 1.0/5 > **Angela** | *8 de dezembro de 2022* | Varejistas | Taxa de recomendação: 0.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: The Indeed integration allows you to customize your budget vs. selecting from a predetermined budget. > > **Desvantagens**: It has not saved me money or time. They don't offer a sandbox or learning environment. We're being asked to test and train in a live environment. The issues encountered are all discovered in a live environment. We're two months behind schedule as it's not working or functioning in the way it was sold. Their internal implementation team has turned over once. Impressive Kickoff call, but after that, it goes downhill in support, active listening, and addressing real concerns. They will address the low-hanging fruit, they just lack the ability to read the room and address the elephants in the room. Not only are you asked to learn a new ATS, but a project management system, a text, and a calendar application. It's not scalable, it will need to be programmed and templets set up by each individual user. It's been a very difficult road going through the implementation. It's an outdated ATS, they piece together a lot of features, but it doesn't come together as a seamless product. Clunky is the word I would use after using several other ATS providers. Professional recruiters were not considered in the design or layout of the system. Recruiting can be a fun and enjoyable career if you have the right technology, this system takes all my time and effort away from recruiting. Countless hours have been put into testing and troubleshooting their system for them. > > It's rough\! Ask for a trial or sandbox before signing a contract. Whatever you do, please do not sign a contract without trying it out first. Try the calendar, text, and navigating, and see how user-friendly it is in actual use. Have multiple users provide feedback on the system's use before making a decision to sign the contract. ----- ### "We use talent reef for our hiring needs at a large restaurant company. We also use it for onboarding" — 4.0/5 > **Becca** | *28 de dezembro de 2017* | Taxa de recomendação: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: I like how it simplifies the hiring process for our teams. It allows us to free up time in the stores for guest and team member interaction. > > **Desvantagens**: It has periodic outages due to updates. This does happen sometimes when our teams need to onboard or hire someone. > > We use it for hiring and onboarding. It allows us to simplify the process and spend more time on operations. ----- ### "New and Happy TalentReef User" — 5.0/5 > **Avaliador Verificado** | *21 de novembro de 2017* | Restaurantes > > **Vantagens**: My company uses E-Verify. I love that TalentReef automates this rather than having to run team members through manually. > > **Desvantagens**: Customer service isn't really the best. Slow to respond to tickets and slow at following up. generally. AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Dados estruturados
