Pros: Pretty comprehensive system. Can split up some of the work to different groups of people to manage it. We have one guy ordering medical supplies, one guy running fleet, one guy ordering fire department supplies and equipment, another one running the narcotics module, and another setting up truck checks and setting up reports, etc. Web based reporting. Don't know what program or language it is written in, but it is pretty robust. The reports seem pretty simple at first, but you can edit what database tables and joins, etc right from the website. If you know nothing about reporting, it is pretty simple to use. If you know Crystal or some other reporting system, you will be able to do more.

Cons: Very expensive for what it does. If we hadn't had a vendor who automatically fills our orders from it give it to us at a discounted price, we probably wouldn't have bought it.

Pretty easy to use. We have to log medical bags every morning and seems to be pretty flawless.

Pros: Loads fast and keeps really good track of equipment and expiration dates.
We are able to add/delete items as needed.

Cons: Sometimes it will cause the tablets to lock up. Don't know if that is a software issue or hardware issue.
