They have plenty of staff to review your needs and provide solutions. Offering video help tutorials are key, and they provide a bunch to you either that are pre-recorded or to your specific asks. Being able to incorporate this software on a WordPress website allows us to continue to have our brand and familiarity with a new user experience without ever leaving our website. > > **Desvantagens**: Maybe there are too many options right out of the gate. You may need a bit of hand holding through your first few projects. Being able to copy projects for future use is key. You're able to set a project to your exact liking then just use that as a template for your new projects. There is no phone support, but the online ticketing feature does provide great feedback in a day or two. > > Overall after using the software for several months, there's almost no way we're going back to our old ways of using several different pieces of software to achieve a convoluted goal. We have also had an incredible customer support experience. They are quick to respond and pursue an answer that is specific to our need and not give just a generic response. We have seen it worth the investment to use Repack. We also love the integration of it directly on our website instead of going to an outside browser. It took a bit to learn, but back end event management has been a game changer for us an d the training was great\! > > **Desvantagens**: We do wish that there was a store component. We can use Repack for people to add merchandise to their ticket, however we would like to see a section that had pictures and you can select individual sizes/colors once you select product instead of making each individual size/color their own product on a long list of items. During my most busiest season my scheduled emails did not work, and still do not. I reached out at the end of april/early may to let them know of the issue, and camp ends the end of july and they still do not work. I have reached back up as follow up and have been told they still don't have an answer why. > > I paid in the $5000 range for the product and did not feel I got what I paid for. In the beginning it was great\! I had a lot of support from my Project Advisor \[sensitive content hidden\] who was extremely helpful answering my questions and helping me get everything how I wanted it - the whole of registration, certain triggers so I could get the emails I wanted, as well as send. She was fantastic\! However, once I needed customer service support the experience lacked what I needed. If you don't expect your users to pay in full as the time of registration, then it is difficult to make a payment and many times my users have ended up with the full amount being charged and then I have to process a refund for them. When this happens, then the users only remember that problem they had making a payment and not how easy it was to register. > > Overall, I like Regpack and think it is a great value for the cost. I wish it was easier to get help, especially for new clients. Not being able to call and speak to someone to get help is not great. Sometimes it is a day or 2 before my problem is resolved and when you are processing registrations daily with an unresolved problem, then it means more work for me.
