> **Vantagens**: I love that Streak is part of my emails. You don't have to go to a seperate website and login and copy and paste things between the 2 systems. Everything is there in the same window as your Google Workspace emails.

> **Desvantagens**: It takes a little time to get to know the system and see how it will work for you. I see now that they more video tutorials and that has helped tremendously.

> I will never use any other CRM system again. I have used possibly 7 or 8 in the past and Streak CRM is the best of all of them.

> **Vantagens**: The best feature of Streak is the way it integrates with Gmail. It is also very flexible. I am able to use as few features or as many features as I need. There are lots of video tutorials available and they are always expanding its capabilities.

> **Desvantagens**: The only thing that I have issues with when usin gStreak is that it sometimes does not load when logging in to gmail. I will then just need to refresh the \[age.

> **Vantagens**: It's in gmail and that is HUGE\! No two screens, we find it to allow us to stay much more organized and it's very pretty to look at.

> **Desvantagens**: Development has slowed down or stopped in the past five years. With all the AI being integrated into systems today, Streak is behind the line. Customer service only responds in two weeks, with a response yet often not a workaround, just a no, and they only have an email, so that is awesome as well.

> We love this CRM yet are sad that we are unable to get it to work as efficiently as others due to a lack of support and development. I would pay for a professional to help us take the CRM to the next level, yet Streak doesn't support our desire.

> **Vantagens**: It's very difficult to get any tool for free and streak does it with no strings attached. Now you can easily track emails and send attachments via streak. Best part of streak being you can integrate it with gmail and easily classify them.&#10;The eye icon is exciting and turns green when a person has opened his or her email. I like the fact you can categoris data.

> **Desvantagens**: It occupies entire Gmail. UI can be a bit better. &#10;Like I need to scroll to see how many opens have been made by clicking the eye icon. &#10;No other cons so far.

> We were looking for email tracking. Categorising emails based on conversations. Only thing is streak would integrate every email of the customer in a single thread. Though it is a great advantage, sometimes the feature has downsides too. We need to sit and pre edit and then send email to our customer.
