Its even better once patient's return for their repeat exams in subsequent years. I'll use the phrase, "How did I get along before this?" I love how much more complete I can make the record- recording even more detail than I did with paper records. Diabetic reports to physicians), transfer it forward and just modify the date and few particulars. Also, the inability to easily reorder the same contact lenses, but with the updated rx- the current system requires the entire order to be started from scratch again. Additionally, RevEHR allows me to easily keep track of all the glasses we have in stock and what we have sold recently. This is extremely useful for ordering new stock when reps visit the office.
