Reporting generation is also crucial. It is clearly built with a not-for-profit in mind. The implementation team was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the customization and testing process. They took the time to listen, learn about our organization and all of its quirks, and make our NewOrg work for us. You don't realize how many "exceptions" there are until you talk through a "typical" day or program. NewOrg customized the product to meet our needs without overcomplicating things. The reporting gives us what we need without all of the extra steps we had to do before in excel or google docs. And multiple people can now access the information simultaneously. It's great to have it all in one place\! > > **Desvantagens**: We didn't have the need for all of the bells and whistles since we already have systems in place for contacting our clients. > > From our initial sales call through the implementation, the NewOrg staff was friendly, curious, and supportive.
