> **Vantagens**: Clean layout, easy to navigate. My staff likes it, but my clients will not use the features available to them because it is too confusing/complicated. Compared to other similar programs, I feel it has the most to offer  for my staff's needs.

> **Desvantagens**: Integration with Microsoft 365 relies on Zapier with a VERY limited set of tools available.  Integration with POS systems for BEOs is absent.  Many of the settings and key components can be hard to find in the web interface.

> **Vantagens**: Planning Pod has the potential to be one of the best CRM’s due to the features it does have. The BEO is nice, invoicing can be relatively easy once you figure out how to get through the clunky UI. The customer selection options is such a great feature - we were told you couldn’t do the customer selection once it is in the invoice section and that was a lie.

> **Desvantagens**: The BEO only accepts Food \&amp; Bev packages which is insane because if you are company that has rentals, you can do them as line items. This is a design failure. The email and calendar function is terrible - don’t even think about integrating your email into or else that will be a nightmare. The linking feature to the communication section is so incredibly sensitive that messages/email/payment receipts can show up under the wrong account. They do not care about this looks and they will try to pretend it’s only you having that issue but it’s not. On the wedding Facebook pages, many have reported this issue but have also been met with the “it’s you not us” mentality. The editor that is used to write and compose messages is insanely outdated. Had customers ask if this was a cheaper CRM because it looked cheap when we communicate through it. We’ve had an abundance of customers that said the never received any of emails - some even saying it look so bad in email they thought it was a scam.  Limited browser capability - that seems to be their go to answer for any issues you run into. The portal will also crash for hours at a time and the team will say nothing is wrong and no one else is complaining so it must be our WiFi. It’s never an issue on PP’s end - this is a common issue that many people complain about that they won’t even dare to acknowledge. The payment reminder is also outdated - every other CrM creates an automation whereas you have manually create a million reminders and their answer is “we’ll just email the client”, sure we can do that, but this is is why we choose a CRM as a business. It’s like the entire team at PP is conditioned to tell you it is your fault and they are conditioned on making you feel like you are lazy. As a product manager for years in Technology - one thing is very true about PP, they build all these features but they did at all wrong, the built each feature on top of each other to the point they probably can’t fix anything or else it will cause other issues. It’s a classic mistake that companies make when they grow. Piling features and enhancements on top of each other will result in a dumpster fire of a product. For example - you can build templates for proposals. BUT when you do it - you cannot add anything to categories. So it’s just a. Bunch of random items in the proposal template that when you use your gen have to go back and individually assign them - like why did you have a proposal template option if it doesn’t mirror what it looks like in proposal option. Brought this up to them they have completely ignored it. It’s like they just don’t care. I have been at the point with PP that I have wanted to just cry out of sheer frustration. Just do not understand how they are so incredibly blind tot her product downfalls.

> **Vantagens**: I am not an event planner and Planning Pod made planning, organizing, and executing a professional conference for 150+ attendees so ridiculously SIMPLE\! The registration \&amp; ticket sales, budgeting, invoicing, contracts, email communication, template generation, attendee list, floor plan, To-Do lists with the ability to assign people and upload documents, the Itinerary, website, survey collection...I cannot adequately express how much of a lifesaver Planning Pod is for my nonprofit, volunteer, organizations conference committee\!\!\!

> **Desvantagens**: The textboxes would not keep source formatting...copy and paste was annoying because I would have to go in and add the paragraph separations, bold, italics, etc. &#10;&#10;You cant collect an RSVP and sell Tickets to the same event. (We ended up creating a survey within the event to collect 'RSVP' headcounts, to solve this con).&#10;&#10;You cant send an email to a group of people in your contacts that all have the same 'tag'. You would need to add them individually to the email. (It would still send the email as a personalized email if you used an email template or data placeholders though, which was nice).

> **Vantagens**: The software is incredibly moldable to any caterers needs. As we are a wood fired pizza caterer, we bring our food truck on site to cook, but serve buffet style. Along with this, we have bartenders, servers, and other vendors to connect with on most any event. Being able to customize BEO's to each vendors needs is incredible. Being able to have everyone in one place is incredible. Being able to have all communications between multiple parties/family members/vendors all be linked to the one event they regard is timesaving\! Being able to automate our reservation \&amp; final check in process is how we were able to DOUBLE OUR VOLUME this year. HANDS DOWN THE BEST\!
