2. Hangs a lot and the cloud version is designed to make money, not to sell the product\!
3. A lot of good features are now obsolete. They haven't designed the product to upgrade with the digital world.
4. Bad UI/UX for a person who doesnt understand how accounting works. It's designed to discourage people, who do not know about accounting, not to pursue it\!
