Vantagens:
It is easy to use and customize for every groomer by color coding.
Desvantagens:
The cost of text message reminders is kinda high, but so is every other scheduling software.

Comentários: My experience with Groomsoft has been excellent and I will refer your software to others.
Vantagens:
The software itself is very easy with a little help on how certain things work its a great software. I needed something that had everything in one program and this one did still needing the online booking and its is complete great for the money!. and I have been shopping with 123Pets, Gingr, MoeGo and Pawfinity which which was much higher in price and some didn't even have Forms template in them.. Very useful might i add.
Desvantagens:
The only problem i see at this time is Groomsoft doesn't have online booking :(.. for most of us groomers we need this its important!

GroomSoft is the best!
Comentários: I started with Groomsoft almost 10 years ago and have loved it from the start. [sensitive content hidden] are always open to suggestions to make our groom day smoother.
Vantagens:
Immediate response! Most helpful to have a real person cheerfully guide one through questions and needs.
Desvantagens:
Haven't yet run to anything I haven't found Germaine to my business operations.

New Customer - in Trial Status
Comentários: It was somewhat puzzling when I first started using the program. Where I thought the answers would be, was not correct. A phone call cleared up my problems. [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. went and is going beyond what was expected of a Grooming software support person would do. He fixed my formatting problem with my receipt printer, and now is importing my data into the software. Very impressive!
Vantagens:
The components are what we need. I took a little while to get used to the layout, but it does make sense now.
Desvantagens:
Haven't found anything yet.
