Long time user of Medics

Comentários: We have used Medics for 11 years now. When we first starting using it, it seems we were one of the first smaller practices. Medics has helped us customize the program. Although not set up for pediatric clients, there are many ways we can customize the Demographic Field ourselves.

Vantagens:

Medics is a very robust program. If we want to do something with it, we can. Support staff are very helpful.

Desvantagens:

For people unfamiliar with the program it takes a while to get used to it.

My experience with Medics Premier

Comentários: I am totally satisfied with Medics Premier and have no complaints.

Vantagens:

Reprts, data presentation, billing software, Appointment scheduling, demographics

Desvantagens:

The inablity to move money from patient to patient.

Costumer Service staff is great! but once they call to resolve an issue, most of the time they don't know how to resolve. Most of the time they have to get back to us.

Vantagens:

That we don't have fill in different tabs on patient demos. Being able to print bills and letters and save them on pdf format.

Desvantagens:

can't print the adequate reports for our practice. Not being able to fix our own custom forms. Huge cons is that we have to constantly making sure the insurance order is clicked otherwise the the hcfas wont print...among other things. No very happy with this new system.

Medics Premier

Comentários: I can only say that my experience with the Medics Premier software has been a dream. The claim scrubber is very helpful. Reports are easy to read.

Vantagens:

I have use Advanced Data Systems for the last 24 yrs. I find the software user friendly. We have trained office staff in a matter of hours. The support team is on point.

Desvantagens:

At the present time everything Medics Premier has to offer works great for my company.

Superb Billing Software

Vantagens:

Medics Premier software is straightforward and uncomplicated. The program allows you to simultaneously post payments/charges and view detailed patient history without closing certain applications. Most importantly, the support staff at ADS are extraordinary--they're professional, kind, knowledgeable and will diligently work with you to resolve any issue!

Desvantagens:

There are myriad reports available, however, it may be necessary to run multiple reports to obtain the exact data needed.

Very easy to use and train new employees.

Comentários: It's been a pleasure to deal with ADS.

Vantagens:

User friendly. The customer service is very responsive.

Desvantagens:

Nothing I can think of. We are very pleased with the experience we have had.

Medics Premier

Vantagens:

My favorite feature of the software is the scheduling. I use this software daily for both billing and scheduling. It is easy to navigate and user friendly.

Desvantagens:

The normal response time to help calls sometimes is extremely long. Also, so representatives are hard to understand which can take longer to fix issues. I will say that I have never had an issue not be fixed. So it is not all bad just lacking in some areas.

Great Value and Functionality

Comentários: We use Medics Premeir to manage outpatient radiology workflow.

Vantagens:

The software is highly customizable to suit specific business and workflow needs.

Desvantagens:

The interface is not flashy, but it is very functional and that is actually preferred.

Exceptional PM for every medical practice

Comentários: Exceptional in our practice since 2011 and recommend to everyone

ALL: ease of use, billing, statements, reporting, scheduling, pricing, integrates with our Ophthalmology EHR

Desvantagens:

There are no cons to ads-medics premier.

Comentários: Ok for what we have but I feel it is limited with other software products.

Vantagens:

At the beginning of our EMR transition the flow of scheduling to EMR software

Desvantagens:

Is not compatible with other software for phone call reminders, downloading insurance eligiiblities by batch and not user friendly when trying to create new forms to add to patient file. Also, electronic signatures are not easy to use with patient at the check in desk.

It was all that interfaced with my EMR

Vantagens:

easy to use - the reporting isn't great. Seems there could be someway to prevent patients being duplicated.

Desvantagens:

easy for employees to delete posted payments and embezzle

A medical software that has grown with me for almost 30 years

Vantagens:

It allows me to give my clients and patients reliable information within a minute. As a billing company, I have had requests for specific reports that I have always been able to supply. My software company has always responded quickly to my needs, no matter how small the problem was. Most important, when my hardware crashed many years ago, my information was retrieved and I was up and running within hours.

Desvantagens:

I was over whelmed by the look of Medics Premier initially. It took days to get comfortable with looking at so much information on a screen.

User Friendly

Comentários: We utilize the letter module & with the customized documents we created, we were able to discontinue using a professional print company. We fully utilize all modules of the product, from scheduling, to coding & billing, & patient statements.

Vantagens:

MedicsPremier is extremely user friendly. We are able to quickly & efficiently perform tasks within the system in order to run our busy medical practice. MedicsPremier covers every aspect of office operation with ease. We are able to customize forms within the letter module to aid in patient care & daily tasks. We rarely have an issue but when necessary, support is readily available & expeditious.

Desvantagens:

We are very pleased with Premier & have used it for 20+ years. The only issue I can think of is, when making an appointment, if you open multiple screens, the demographics may not save.

Works Perfect for Our GYN Office

Comentários: We are able to run multiple clinics (multiple schedules) with MedicsPremier - install was a little rough but all installs and transitions are -

Vantagens:

The product is easy to use, very easy to do check in and check out, and it's the thing our new staff is able to pick up on the quickest.

Desvantagens:

transitioning was the hardest part but once we got up and running we have loved it

Good product for multi-specialty practice

Vantagens:

The product is easy to use. It allows repeat procedures which is useful for billing services such as physical therapy. There are numerous reports for billing/management/scheduling which makes it easy to analyze the practice.

Desvantagens:

It is costly compared to other software.

Honest Review

Comentários: So far since getting Premier I will say the ease of scheduling and claims has become much simpler. i enjoy using this program daily.

Vantagens:

I love the ease of scheduling and sending out claims. Also the claims we receive this way being posted automatically makes my life much easier.

Desvantagens:

Secondary claims that need to be sent to insurances for some reason never go automatically. I am not sure what exactly I am doing wrong or if that is just how it is. Most times the claims post with no issues on occasion I have 2 insurances that do not like to post automatically.

The printing of management reports each month

Comentários: Love everything about Medics Premier. Their billing software is second to none

It's easy to use and has great posting functions. Posting payments and charges goes smoothly in this software.

Desvantagens:

It doesn't put the account overview in date of service order. It puts in order that it's entered which makes it hard to find specific dates without scrolling through the entire chart.

Comentários: I have found MedicsPremier to be easy to learn and use. It covers all of our practice needs from a to z. It allows us to customize the software to our needs.

I do not have any complaints about the software, it suits our needs perfectly.

EASY-TO-USE MEDICAL APP

Comentários: Medical practice has been made very easy as one does not necessarily need to be technically savvy to use this Software. Every aspect of the Software is carefully explained and this has made it very quick to learn.

Vantagens:

The MedicsPremier is very user-friendly. It makes the medical practice efficient and effective thereby enhancing performance in the Clinic.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes the database structure makes it difficult to access the particular information one wants to at a given time. It takes a lot of knowledge to understand the right process.

Easy to use system

Vantagens:

I get fast service whenever we need it. The work is completed quickly.

Desvantagens:

If you need to reinstall after a crash, you will pay close to what you paid to get the system in the first place. Shouldn't be, when you are paying an annual fee to maintain the service.

Great system!

Comentários: In our office it is great because we can create the system to work with what we do daily. The system is easy to use and if there is any a system problem I get help fast. If I ever have any questions I am able to get them answered and shown how to do things.

Vantagens:

That you get to create temples that best suit your office.

Desvantagens:

System errors that accord sometimes.
