I loved the journey to migrate to Zenoti for our PMS solution! The team, the software, all a great fit for us!
Vantagens:
I love their implementation team! A joy to work with and always able to accommodate our needs. The product itself is wonderful as well. Great for enterprise platforms and single practices alike. So much depth to the software.
Desvantagens:
Some of the current workflows are less efficient than our old solutions. Forms, e-prescribe, etc. That being said, several of these features are being revamped or added in the near future. I will also add that the project management tools we used became a little cumbersome. They used 2 different tools that were different than the 2 we use in our business. Add in email and it can be a little difficult to ensure you are up to speed on all communications!

"Absolutely Worth The Switch"

Absolutely worth the switch. We opted for a full migration package and the team was super helpful. There is no way I would be doing all of this myself. Our staff is enjoying the platform and learning as we go! Some quirks here and there but there has yet to be a platform that handles our offerings as cohesively as Zenoti.
Vantagens:
We have loved that it is completely customizable. It is very feature heavy, and considerations have been given to almost every scenario due to the multiple clients on the platform and time in business. Much has already been thought through and there are solutions for 99% of what I needed in my business. I love the way we can categorize services into primary & secondary types for public display on our booking link. This helps new and existing clients find our services with ease. There are some pretty simple things that they offer that I didn't get with my old platform that I am loving. Electronic & redeemable gift cards online. A referral program with each client having an auto-generated unique code to share. Prompting for tips on select services with a provider but withholding on others. Multiple & automated waivers/forms based on appointment type. etc. Like I mentioned, these are all pretty standard but were features that were missing on my old platform. The migration of all my data, including payment tokens, forms, etc. was pretty impressive also. We have a ton of data, and I believe we will get it all to transfer. Having a dedicated account manager and migration specialist was crucial and they did a great job for us! Thanks [sensitive content hidden]! Also, the platform has a little AI bot chat feature that is actually pretty solid.
Desvantagens:
At first, the quantity of features was a bit overwhelming. There are just so many things you can do and its easy to get lost in the sauce early on. That slowly resolves itself overtime and becomes more of a perk than a hinderance. I also wish that they had a direct phone line for their support team. Maybe they do but so far I have been chatting through the AI bot, then if I don't find an answer, it will give an option to connect to an agent, but it usually isn't very fast that someone connects. Once they do, they have been helpful with screenshots and have even sent links for a video call when needed.

Overall it seems like Zenoti "should" be a great platform. It has tons of bells and whistles that would make it an ideal platform and I'm sure it has far more capability beyond the pretty basic level of use that my role utilizes it for. However, I personally would be a bit hesitant to recommend it and would likely not use it myself if I ran a full service spa. With as glitchy and unpredictable even the basic functions seem to be I would be nervous to even try utilizing some of the more complex features.
Vantagens:
I've used Zenoti for a couple months at the spa where I work. It's nice to be able to use the desktop version when at work and still be able to see my client schedule and client forms on the mobile app from home. There are also a lot of features that make it clear and easy to use, and to customize different codes or icons so that with just a quick glance I can see if I client is new, is an existing member, and some of the specifics for their service booking.
Desvantagens:
There seems to be some issues with integration between the desktop version and the mobile version. When at the spa on the desktop which is hard wired to internal servers within the location, on sporadically for random clients I'm not able to load the profile information, yet for the same client/appointent I am able to open it from a mobile device that is on the same server wifi. The GM has reviewed all of the permission settings as well as contacted our customer support and there doesn't seem to be a consistent reason or "fix". Additionally the mobile app is really glitchy both from my home wifi and on the spa wifi connection. The screen windows sometimes come up out of view, for example when opening my client schedule for the day only 1/4 of the schedule "window" is viewable to the far right of my screen and the rest is cut off with no ability to scroll or swipe over. Usually after I switch calendar/schedule layout views a couple times then it will come up like it's supposed to. Also, the mobile app takes a really long time to process when trying to open client profiles and forms which is very frustrating when on a tight client schedule.

Vantagens:
Customer support top notch, especially [sensitive content hidden] . Very intelligent and able to accomplish many things with his team. Zenoti is easy to use from anything from appointments to patient management.
Desvantagens:
No cons as of yet! The team and all processes so far have been great and they are always improving. n/

"Our overall experience with Zenoti has been positive. As with any robust software platform, there’s a learning curve—especially when first getting started or implementing new features. At times, the system can feel a bit overwhelming or unintuitive, which made onboarding a bit challenging. That said, the quality of customer support has made all the difference. [sensitive content hidden], in particular, has been incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He’s made it much easier to troubleshoot issues, understand the platform, and feel confident using it. We truly appreciate the responsiveness and clarity of the support team, which has helped turn potential frustrations into manageable solutions.
Vantagens:
"What we like most about Zenoti is how seamlessly it supports our patient experience—from customizable online forms to robust patient management tools. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes daily operations much more efficient.
