> So I used to work in middleware team at Builder.ai, so the customer used to come and define a customise app they have some set of requirements. However they might not have technical experience hence need assistance. Sometimes chatbots cannot match customers expectations, hence customer survey is important. Also here survey was collected, mostly by all users of the product, to improve quality of the platform

Zoho Survey is easy to use just like most of the other apps of Zoho. Integration was easy with existing business process.

There is nothing in the app which is difficult to  use.  Integration with my existing business process is always is easy.
