Comentários: Minha experência está sendo muito boa, consegui em único provisionar um dispositivo mével, fazer o controle remotamento do dispostivo e restrições nos aplicativos. Também ao criar o Kiosk, senscaional a sensação de controle sobre os dispositivos.
Vantagens:
A forma fácil de inscrever um novo dispositivo e conseguir atribuir ao perfil, sem muitas telas, sensacional.
Desvantagens:
O Dashboard poderia ser melhor, com mais opções de visualizações predefinidas.

Ótimo gerenciador de dispositivos
Comentários: Muito bom, atende as demandas necessárias para gerenciamento de smartphones e notebooks.
Vantagens:
O gerenciamento dos telefones, envio de app conforme necessidade, segurança na localização, padronização de configuração.
Desvantagens:
Não tem a opção no smartphone de configurar um DNS particular, seria ótimo para direcionar para um servidor DNS para aplicação de navegação segura.
Melhor aplicação do mercado
Vantagens:
Possui as melhores funcionabilidades que nenhuma ferramenta disponibiliza.
Desvantagens:
A interface poderia ser mais amigável

Bloquei de Apps e principalmente bloquei da configuração do Tablet.
Desvantagens:
pouco intuitivo, tem de navegar em muitas delas para aplicar politicas aos dispositivos.

Comentários: Estamos desenvolvendo um projeto piloto para gerenciamento de dispositivos moveis, até aqui tem atendido nossas expectativas, o modo Quiosque é um ótimo recurso.
Vantagens:
Fácil de implementarpreço acessível Possibilidade de servidor local.
Desvantagens:
Um pouco confuso desativar aplicativos preinstalados para iniciantes.

Comentários: Utilizamos o sistema em toda a companha, tanto em dispositivos IOS, Android e Windows. Deixa os dispositivos móveis muito mais seguro e rastreável
Vantagens:
Acho muito fácil a utilização do MDM, nós conseguimos uma integração muito importante com outras ferramentas.
Desvantagens:
Não tenho nada contra o produto. Esta sendo uma experiência muito positiva para nós.
Gerenciamento remoto de dispositivos móveis
Comentários: O MDM nos proporcionou um melhor gerenciamento de nossos smartphones a longo alcance. Fazendo a atualização de aplicativos sem precisar recolhe-los e conseguir realizar um acompanhamento geral de forma precisa.
Vantagens:
O modo quiosque é muito prático e funcional; A gestão de aplicativos é excelente, principalmente aqueles internos que não estão na Play Store; Gestão de Wi-Fi; Bloqueio de Hard Reset pelos botões fisicos do dispositivo.
Desvantagens:
Atendimento de suporte nível 2, sendo realizado com time de língua estrangeira.

A great MDM - Worth the move from our MS product
Vantagens:
The settings and abilities are, so far, lightyears beyond what Intune was able to do, in terms of locking down devices and making them both more manageable and more secure.
Desvantagens:
Importing devices from one MDM to this new platform is a bit clunky and not necessarily intuitive, however their Support team, who was available by chat right on the same screen, was a huge boon and was ready with screenshots and clear directions.

Superb Customer Service Experience with Manage Engine
Comentários: Manage Engine's customer service is among the best I have ever encountered. Every team member has understood my request and answered my questions promptly, or identified a team member who can. The product is extremely easy to deploy and use.
Vantagens:
First, it's simplicity. It took minutes to setup the service on the first device, and only a few hours to learn the system well enough to develop policies for use in our business.
Desvantagens:
There were a few occasions where I had to contact customer service to explain an issue I thought could be found in the documentation, but wasn't. But the customer service team is excellent, so this was less of a problem than it could have been.

Vantagens:
Policies Easy to create, App Management is ok, Deprovisions easy to do, option to remove pins and reset codes, reporting was good
Desvantagens:
cant do updates to test groups, updates were pushed to all phones, looping Auto deployment had issues with users, had to manually do every phone, Support really unhelpful always going in circles and constantly getting fed up

A powerful tool
Comentários: MDM+ has given me a powerful tool to manage our company devices that not only support IT admin but also end users in daily basis when security matter is getting more important.
Vantagens:
Set of tools to support IT admin in management task
Desvantagens:
One 1 IT admin account (pay more for additional IT admin account)

Comentários: The overall experience has been positive. Being able to manage devices by creating policies that promotes end-user compliance with company best practices ensure sensitive data is more secure and limits breach from an unauthorize user.
Vantagens:
For a small business it with less that 25 mobile/portable devices it currently let us to fully manage all of them without restrictions. We are currently looking to expand as we evaluate.
Desvantagens:
The layout could be friendlier by better navigation. It has the appearance to be overwhelming, however you'll be able to find what you are looking for. The instructions videos did include good details however, it doesn't fully match current layout mostly due to updates.
Great tool for IT Device Management
Comentários: We just recently started evaluating ManageEngine MDM Plus and from the demo and our hand on experience, it is a great tool to add to our IT team arsenal. It allows us to manage devices on all OS. The enrollment process is easy and features are easy to use.
Vantagens:
Containerization of business profile which makes it easy to manage BYOD devices without affecting personal data
Desvantagens:
So far ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager has met all of our requirements
Best choice around
Vantagens:
Ease of deployment and app management. Simple and friendly UI.
Desvantagens:
Managing windows devices is not so simple.
Good product for what you get

That it is free for 25 devices and it includes app deployment
Desvantagens:
If you are not a paid customer, you cannot get adequate support using the product, you have to be a paid customer or if not you can only use the self help tools

Comentários: This does alot more than our current platform so has been a big step forward.

The system is very easy to use and has a good clutter free and intuative dashboard interface.

We haven't found anything yet so far. all positive at the moment.

MEMDM PLUS - Simpley Powerful
Comentários: We are a custom Industrial and Commercial Android tablet provider. We support our clients who use MDMs and we recommend MDMs for clients to consider.
Vantagens:
The system guided me quickly and seamlessly through creating creating a user, its group and associated policy straight into provisioning the device with just a few minutes. Quickest setup I've ever experienced.
Desvantagens:
We deal with a number of AOSP based non GMS supported boards running any number of Android Releases between 7-12 and working with AFW/Google Enterprise has been a challenge.

I highly recommend the ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager product for managing mobile devices
Vantagens:
Managing and controlling company-owned mobile devices through an MDM product is much easier. MDM has been very useful in office environments with high employee turnover. I always prefer technical controls over administrative controls, which is why I highly recommend the ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager product
Desvantagens:
I didn't find anything that not helpful in MDM so far
