I Love Omadi, They Made Our Business So Much Better!

Comentários: So At first I thought it was going to be a nightmare to try to change from paper to paperless. And we knew it would be a couple of week transition possibly to a month to two months s and as we started doing it everything started to come to light how it was helping save money, helping work more efficiently so it gave us more reason to pay more attention of how to operate the app. And so it came to us more quickly and we actually got through it in about a month to a month and a half and we really enjoy it now. I'm not very techie at all and I had this big fear that if you can't physically touch the paper you can't touch the money... but now that it's been shown to me on the computer screen what's actually going on and how we are saving money and how omadi takes care of our business and while we are home and at sleep omadi is taking care of everything I feel like I would give this and I would promote this to anybody in the towing industry, even though I know the towing industry is very competitive business but if anybody wanted to do better in the towing business I would recommend that they use this. They've made our business so much better and they can make everyone else's business great also. So here at Morgan towing we were overwhelmed with how well omadi took care of our business like I say even when we were asleep they were taking care of business and even our older guys that maybe weren't so techie all the way to the younger guys that are techie It was bringing everything to light of how well it operates and some of the things that the office administration could see they were going through it and it made there job so much easier and whenever they found something that they weren't ok with as far as it makes it you got to go to this step before you got to this step what we did is call a gentleman at omadi told him that maybe we need to take this step out that gentleman took it out right then and made it to where it suited our business. Then if they find anything else in that computer or in omadi that they believe needs to be in a different spot, it needs to be in the system but maybe move it to a different spot or different screen so it's all in one they move it right then, Omadi caters to the towing business. Omadi is perfect!

Vantagens:

It has really upscaled the profit margin in our business and we don't have any reason to be upset with Omadi for how they take care of our business Omadi has affected our vision for Morgan towing to new heights to new scales as far as I can focus on buying tow trucks, buying equipment, hiring better employees because I don't have to worry about the paperwork anymore I don't have to worry about how we are going to make sure we're going to get paid on the paperwork end. So omadi has greatly affected our business as far as more efficiency and I can worry about buying tow trucks and taking care of my employees, getting better employees, taking care of safety programs, taking care of other things rather than worrying about paperwork worrying about my administration as far as how we're getting our bills out to be able to get paid and making sure that dealerships customers private customers anybody has access to their billing, here at Morgan towing we don't have to worry about that anymore.

This software was a disaster. It set our company back months.

Comentários: Every time we tried to address an issue with the system, we were told "it's user error". This system can manipulate the pricing on its own. I would NEVER recommend this software to anyone. We have been away from the system for 4 months and are still trying to fix all the problems it caused.
The invoices looked presentable though.

Omadi's Making Everything Easier!

Comentários: I really don't have a job description, I do everything from A to Z. I take care of all of the paperwork and if no one is here and someone calls I will go and do a tow. We had one wrecker yard with 3 to 4 trucks, I went full-time in 2008, now it's gone to 10 yards almost 11 and to 50 trucks I had no clue how we would keep up, I devised a paper trail to keep up with everything but it got to be too much and that's when we changed over to Omadi. That's why we changed over to Omadi and it's making things easier. We try to help people & Omadi helps us to help people because for one thing the drivers don't have to come back to the office and get their copy. They don't have to pull over off the side of the road. It helps them once the driver gets there. Put the tag in it automatically reads the vin. In 3 minutes they can have all of that info and start towing the customer. It helps them start the process faster and get the customer off the road. Omadi also prevents the customer coming back saying that we tore something up. We can see the before pictures. With Omadi when they take the pictures then that prevents the people from trying to get something for nothing. It's helped because the speed of trying to find invoices. Having it right at your fingertips rather than having to go to a paper log and going through the files. We have cut the search time down to 2 minutes rather than an hour. Most customers are really liking that once we get through we have an email with an invoice. Then once we send the statement out and they send a payment. It takes a minute for me to input. I think it's great!

The wrecker business is nothing like any other business, so many different variables that go into billing. Omadi has been great taking all of that out of my head and putting it into omadi it has really really helped in that area. I don't have to go search for stuff it takes me just a couple of seconds and i can find what i need to find i love that the drivers i have certain things. Half the time before you couldn't read the vin number now it's very clear. I love that they have to take pictures of the car. I'm really getting into the other side of it the billing, all i do is click and send them an email or click and print it, it's cut that time way down from what i was using. It's cut down less problems. I can print all of that off in a matter of 5 minutes while it used to take an hour to do that. It helps with efficiency a lot and it's going to get better!

The best software for dispatch, invoicing, and overall transportation fleet management!

Comentários: Being able to customize it!

Vantagens:

This program is very powerful and very changeable. You can easily add fields and make it do things that YOUR company wants and needs and not what THEY expect you to need. It does take a little bit of time to get use to but is I feel the best program out there.

Desvantagens:

When I can't remember the programming steps that I did before. It's ok because Support is just a phone call away. Also better training would be a big help with startup. It took us a good month to get it dialed in but after we changed from our old program(which we spent thousands of dollars on!!) we have never looked back!

Changed my world

Comentários: I have researched and used many software packages over the years. I have felt the pressure of competition, regulations in an ever-changing tow industry. Omadi has exceeded my expectations and has brought back my enthusiasm for the business. It provides me with peace of mind to truly understand what is happening in my business and to feel as though I am in control.

My favorite 2 things are not being buried in paper anymore and the amount of customization that automates so much of our process. I highly recommend this software.

It takes a meaningful 60 day commitment to learn to and work through all of the custom features that are available.

My Right Hand Man

Comentários: Omadi makes life a breeze. Simple to use. Easy peezy. For years we knew we needed to do something in regards to streamline or digital management of data... we just prolonged the experience because of the uncertainty. Truth be told our success level has been stellar... and we didn't see the need to spend more money in order to do the same thing we were already doing. After being somewhat leery of the implementation process being an extreme under taking for a few years we performed our due diligence and researched the major players in the towing management field, settled on Omadi, jumped in with both feet and never looked back. There is zero doubt that we made the right decision and could not be happier.

Vantagens:

The software is super easy to use whether you are towing, managing, doing payroll, dispatching or maintaining your fleet. Couldn't be easier. It just couldn't.

I love the fact that I no longer need a ticket book. I no longer have to write out and keep receipts. I love the fact that I have all of the account info I could ever need in the palm of my hand. No more questions and wasted time waiting for the answer. With Omadi... I am able to get sh*t done.

Comentários: As Sales and Marketing Director for Safari Towing I really don't utilize Omadi like our drivers do so this review will be of a bit different flavor than the others. With that said, I think having access to a software program like Omadi is such an asset to our company. It sets Safari Towing and Star Parking Solutions leaps and bounds ahead of our competition. My only problem was that I wanted to have something to give our clients as a quick reference on how to use their online portal and nothing like that existed. Thats where Brandon comes in. Brandon listened to my vision for a document that would serve as a resource to our current clients. We also discussed the possibility of another resource I could use to show prospective clients how amazing our Omadi powered program is. Brandon took the ideas from our discussion and turned them into a reality. A beautifully laid out and professional looking one to boot. Best Thing That Happened To Our Company In 10 Years!

Comentários: The idea of switching our whole system from tickets and log books to paperless system Omadi offers was absolutely stressing me out. Not having a choice in the matter left me with nothing to do but go along with the program. After about 3 days into our Omadi launch I realized how much smoother things were running.

Vantagens:

Doing everything once! I used to have to release cars on the physical ticket, then release it out of the computer, then fax down a full release sheet of the to to the main office. Using Omadi does this all in the one step.. Things like that is what this software is all about!

Desvantagens:

I was gonna ask my company for a raise this fall, but Omadi has made my job so much easier since April that I feel like I have to wait until spring of next year..

Comentários: When we first started, we all thought it was going to be too hard. Were we wrong. No more wet tickets in the rain. The autofill after putting tag info in is way less time consuming. Everything is dispatched quicker. Great, is all omadi , can be.

Comentários: Over the last five years we have been building our business , we are at 14 trucks strong and growing, We tried a few different software programs and soon found out which ones where good or better or great ....
Most are Good but lack tech support some where great but lack add on features or charge for every little feature, and others where just smoke and mirrors ...JUNK !!
Finally Omadi arrives !!! really good software that you can change add /remove features , taylor to you specific needs...... and they are fast on the tech support,,,, Being Cloud based and smart phone user friendly makes all the differance ....
The few problems we did encounter where mostly us not knowing what we where doing ... but when there was an issue they did get it resolved in a fast manner,,,, At this point we are completely satified with the software and tech support.. and would reccomend them to everyone...So they rate a GREAT !!
In this industry we need every advantage we can get and this only helps.....

Just the way I want it

Comentários: I love that I can upload and create forms, fields, lists, customize dashboard etc.on my own but if there is a time I need help, customer support is always available via email, phone or chat.

From things as simple as creating custom reports and changing the title of forms to make more sense to our employees, to creating custom forms, the possibilities are almost limitless. Even better, they give an appointed person at your company access to make these changes and updates whenever they're needed. Their support team has always been responsive and very helpful in training us on new features. Our productivity has increased immensely!

Revolutionary software , exceeded my expectations .

Comentários: As a innovator in the Private Property towing field for 15 years, this software will totally streamline any PPI business if properly implemented . Training of the drivers was a ease and getting my Property Managers to use the system was even easier , once they could see the benefits of the software they were on board . The staff at Omadi were always open to making the product better . Any customization needed it was done quickly and efficiently . Also the integration with other software is possible making it the perfect tool .
