The reporting is also very good. I recommended the matchmaking aspect to another client which worked very well. I have also experienced Evendex as an attendee and the check-in app works quite well. When shortfalls with Eventdex programming didn't allow us to do certain things with badge design, the developers helped us come up with solutions. Our customer service experience was unparalleled compared to other vendors we've worked with before.
