We are extremely happy with the Software and the whole process of the Talent 360 platform provided by Headlight and the service we have had from our rep has been brilliant and based on building really strong client relationships.
The new and improved report graphics are very good with sleeker design and graphics which enhances the look and feel of the document.
A couple of things we have found a little frustrating, many of our employees wanted to use external reviewers who use Hotmail did not receive the invites which meant quite a lot of chasing with the reviewers and participants on our part.
Despite the graphics improvements we generally find the older format dashboard easier to use.

Thanks for the great feedback! Yes Hotmail can block e-mails suspecting them to be spam, but generally the e-mails get through to external reviewers anywhere in the world.

Comments: We have been using Headlight for a number of years now and find the software very easy to use. The reports are very in-depth and comprehensive, and the support is second to none in terms of speed of replies and queries being dealt with. We would highly recommend Headlight.
Support is excellent.
Reports are very comprehensive.
Software is user-friendly and responsive.
Cons: I can't think of anything.
