A Nonprofit's Dream

Comentários: SO easy to get and organize volunteer signups vs the old clipboard with a legal pad and pen method. I still can't believe that it's free. It's trusted and well known, so people don't mind creating an account to use it.

Vantagens:

Easy to go from using it in personal life to with our new nonprofit.

Desvantagens:

No downsides. Even the few ads aren't intrusive. Surprising for a free product.

Helpful Volunteer Management Platform

Comentários: Overall I find it very helpful. So helpful I do not look around for alternative platforms anymore.

Vantagens:

Ability to create volunteer roles with sign-up slots to ensure volunteers know what tasks they are going to be doing while giving me control over how many people do certain tasks.

Desvantagens:

The interface could look a bit nicer - we have some older members and they struggled a little bit when finding items.

Great For Organizing Contributions to an Activity. Free Plan Could Use a Facelift

Vantagens:

It helps organize events for my kids' school's activities and helps everyone stay on the same page for donations and contributions to an activity

Desvantagens:

The free plan view is simply an eyesore. I wish they could create a more user-friendly free template that did not feel as distracting and "busy". Other than that, I think it's a great tool!

SignUpGenius Call Center Review

Vantagens:

I like the simplicity of the program. Being able to schedule events for my team to sign up for in advance, while also being able to manage those sign up forms is very valuable to me. I work with a lot of students and their schedules are very fluid. Being able to adjust scheduling but also get this to them via phone helps get events put together in quick time, saving energy and time so I can produce more for my organization

Desvantagens:

I wish you could customize more in depth. Just a minor detail though. I have been using SignUpGenius for a long time now, not only with the organization I am with now, and it has always been effective and top of the line! Highly recommend!

Great app for managing volunteer staff

Comentários: I'm very happy whenever anyone chooses to use this app. It helps events run smoother and makes delegation easy. I believe it helps organizers feel less stressed when they have an easy method like this to ask for help or gently nudge members of groups in which volunteer time is required.

Vantagens:

As a user of signup genius, I appreciate the transparency of the app, how it lists exactly what type of help is requested and in what amounts. I can choose to commit to aspects that I can manage, knowing I'm able to complete the commitment, instead of agreeing to a vague volunteer time or effort. I have personal limits on my physical abilities and time, so it's very helpful to be able to choose something that I can do and feel like I'm contributing.

Desvantagens:

Signup genius leaves the details of signups up to the administrator, which can't be helped, but sometimes signups don't have as many details or as much transparency. Maybe some optional prompts could be added to the set-up, such as a pop-up that suggests adding more detail, but isn't required.

SignUpGenius is a breeze and very helpful!

What I appreciate most about SignUpGenius is how much it helps to keep all information in one spot and organized.

If I was to give one critique, sometimes I sign up as myself and not my childs name. Which is probably something I would need to comtrol.

Comentários: The tech support is amazing. All requests are handled promptly by a live person. It is rare to have this quality of tech support.

Vantagens:

I love the ease of using sign up genius. Our volunteers find it easy to sign up and love the reminders. Our leaders always know if we will have enough help and can easily send a message to solicit additional help.

Desvantagens:

There is nothing about Sign Up Genius that does not work efficiently for our organization.

Volunteer Sign Up Management

Vantagens:

SignUpGenius is a useful tool in procuring and managing volunteers for specific needs. I like the ability to allow more than one volunteer to sign up for each date - the slots feature is helpful! I also appreciate the option to have email reminders sent to volunteers prior to their commitment. This saves a lot of time, and allows me to rest assured that my volunteers will show up! The forms are relatively easy to create, duplicate, and send. My volunteers also find the signing up process to be quick and easy.

Desvantagens:

There are times when using SignUpGenius that the ads can get in the way. This is, I imagine, only on the free version. Without doing a little digging, it can be difficult to set up the form initially - use takes some getting used to.

Organized planning

Vantagens:

I like the ease of use making the creating and sign up process simple and understandable for all levels of technology knowledge.

Desvantagens:

I haven't yet found a feature I do not like.

Teacher Sign Up Genius

Comentários: I love this fast efficient way to keep track of parent conferences .

Vantagens:

I like the ability to create an electrionic sign up sheet for my parent/teacher conferences.

Desvantagens:

Some of the templates are only available with a basic account. Please consider providing the option of allowing a teacher account that would offer educational amenities within the signups.

Great tool for project management

Vantagens:

I love the ease of use. Since it’s a collaboration effort-the important of all users quickly being able to operate Sign up genius is incredible. Maintenance of donations and donors is something I can’t compare to any other program.

Desvantagens:

I would love to see an option to donate funds and manage that within the program. We can ask for monetary donations but being able to pay within and keep money together would be a wonderful feature.

A great volunteer mangagement tool!

Comentários: Overall, I would highly recommend SignUpGenius for anyone looking for a cheap (we use the free version), effective, and simple way to recruit volunteers!

Vantagens:

My experience with SignUpGenius has mostly been related to volunteer management. Specifically, I have used it to arrange volunteers to bring meals to various church functions. It has been incredibly easy to use - not just for me, but for those who sign up to bring a meal. The system even sends reminders to those who have signed up, which saves me time as the volunteer coordinator!

Desvantagens:

SignUpGenius has been effective in the purposes for which I have used it - which is primarily volunteer management. That being said, it'd be great if there were not so many advertisements on the site. But this is the cost of utilizing the free plan.

Vantagens:

This is the best way to manage sign ups for conference meetings, donations, and volunteering. It reminds people of their sign up so they don’t forget. It also allows you to not overlap meetings or sign ups.

Desvantagens:

I do struggle with some of the features and initially creating the sign up.

This program could not be easier to use. You just use your email address to be able to access the program and sign up for a volunteer slot. And I especially like the feature where you can see who else signed up for the same times so you can sign up with your friends!

It looks like the company has not updated the UI in awhile, so it looks dated and could use a facelift.

SignUpGenius is the School and Nonprofit Go-To for Event Planning

Comentários: SignUpGenius is used by the majority of the schools and nonprofit organizations that I deal with on a regular basis. I also use it on occasion and I love that there is a Free Plan option. I would also like to mention that the pricing options for upgrading options are very reasonable. The templates are nice and clear for the end user and super easy to customize for the creator.

Vantagens:

Free and reasonably priced upgrade option. Easy to edit and customize. There are a decent amount of templates for the free plan and even better ones for the upgraded plans.

Desvantagens:

I don't really have any cons. It is a lovely little program that does what it says.

SignUpGenius Review

Vantagens:

Creating an event through SignUpGenius is very easy, I have used this for personal and family events to track attendance. I have also used the app to respond to attendance requests whether it be for volunteering or required attendance at an event.

Desvantagens:

Nothing, as the app meets my needs as a developer of an event and to respond to an event request.

Easy to use for non-profit

I like the ease of the product to be able to keep up with the parents signing up for concession, and helping out around the high school and allows parents to know what date and time they volunteer for.
