Comments: I've used just about every 'system' or software out there and couldn't be happier with Cydec and how easy it is to setup and use... It's a great value for the money also. For under $100 (They also have an unadvertised 'Lifetime' special you can ask about where you pay once and you own it, and don't pay again. Systems like InfusionSoft are so confusing and complicated (and expensive) we abandoned it weeks after spending thousands of dollars and sending someone to their training seminar... Cydec is awesome! It runs our business smoothly, is easy to use (without needing to outsource to a 'tech' person .... I can actually do everything myself, which I love. And, some of the features like the social sharing discounts, and order form popups are saving more orders and making is more money by getting our clients to share their order online in social media... It's THE BEST VALUE out there, and we love it. So glad we found Cydec.. Plus it integrates now with all our other systems through their Zapier integration. Support has been very responsive, so we're very happy and recommend Cydec to anyone with an online business!

Pros: The pros are that it's really super easy to use compared to everything else we tried.. There is a learning curve with anything new, but the training videos made it simple and the intuitive layout makes it so easy find whateverI'm looking for quickly! Plus, it makes us more money! Which is always a good thing. Our sales conversions and customer values went up dramatically.

Cons: The interface isn't exactly 'web 3.0' but I do like it and is very intuitive...

Comments: I have never written a review online, but because of the horrific experience I have been having with customer service, I am finally fed up. Over the past year, I have had several problems and each time it takes about two months to resolve because of the horrible customer service. The reason from them is they are having email problems. Their email problem has been going on for at least four months. The biggest problem I have had is the lack of support in helping me to certify PCI Compliance. I have been asking for help in this since May 2016 and I still do not have the support to resolve the problem. It is not considered a high priority not even from the owner of Cydec. They say they are compliant but are not willing to take the time to help me to complete the survey to ensure compliance or provide me the documentation or even answer the questions from the merchant provider. I have spoken to other friends using other shopping carts and they have never had to complete a survey for PCI Compliance. The next problem is I received an email from Cydec saying someone purchased my product. I didn't double check to see I received the money before shipping the product. I found out the person didn't order it and it was a glitch in Cydec's system. I sent a ticket three weeks ago and it has yet to be resolved as they say they have been having email problems, which is why they haven't responded. I also had problems initially in setting up my merchant account and it took two months to get it done. I do not recommend Cydec for start-ups and for businesses selling a product vs. an electronic product like an ebook or services. Also the look of the shopping cart and the ease to update or design is not easy and I feel other shopping carts have better functionality like Square. I am not the most tech or computer savvy person and have never done any of this stuff before. The worst part is the customer service and it doesn't seem to bother Brett Fogle that his customer service department is not responsive and using the email problem as the excuse all the time. My mistake was not conducting extensive research before I paid for the life time membership. I have asked Brett for some of my money back and received no response to my request other than to offer me access to some training for three months for free. I would like to have my money instead now. I have wasted too much time now and will move on to another shopping cart.
