After evaluating several options, Scoop stood out because of its flexible hierarchy model, which allows us to organize, manage, and report on our entire portfolio with ease while still tracking milestones at the building level. One of the biggest advantages has been the ability to customize nearly every aspect of the platform ourselves, without relying heavily on vendor support. This flexibility has allowed us to tailor workflows, forms, and reporting to fit our specific business needs. We have also successfully integrated Scoop with several of our other business systems, creating a more streamlined and connected operation. As we continue to use the platform, we're constantly discovering new features and functionality that help improve efficiency and provide greater visibility across our projects. Last, but certainly not least, is Scoop's exceptional customer support. Their team has been one of the biggest reasons we've been successful with the platform thus far. I can almost always schedule a same day meeting with our Scoop rep, \[sensitive content hidden\] , whenever I need help learning a new feature, troubleshooting an issue, or customizing a workflow we're exploring. It took our team months to get things somewhat where we wanted but we were constantly changing things. Their team is very friendly and does offer great customer service. There is a lot of features that could use an upgrade (especially Work Orders and payment tracking).
