### "My experience over the past few years with Freightview has been outstanding. Great product." — 5.0/5

> **Vantagens**: The visibility it gives across multiple company locations.  The ability to see multiple tariffs on one page eliminating the use of opening tabs.  The ability to create users which on top of increasing visibility cuts down on the inbound calls from outside sales force looking for shipment information.

> **Desvantagens**: Not allowing pickups to be scheduled if it is past a certain time.  If you go to a carriers site they will still allow the schedule but may have a popup saying "pickup time after 3pm maybe scheduled for next day".  What that does is allow the local terminal to use its own local rules and shipment load to decide if the shipment will get picked up the same day.  

Need more education with the carriers to not cover up the Pro\# generated with the pre-printed Pro\# stickers they carry.  When this happens of course, we loose tracking.
