Vantagens:

The applicant tracking system keeps our applicants in an order of when they applied, per company they applied for. I am able to tract which applicants were sent assessments and which we deemed not qualified. I appreciate the ease of use and how helpful the Hire Talent associates are when I need assistance.

Desvantagens:

There is nothing I feel that needs to be improved.

Vantagens:

The team walked (and still is walking) us through every step of the way, super helpful and knowledgeable and brought up many items to consider that we hadn't thought of in over 30 years of being in business!

Desvantagens:

I haven't found anything to not like yet, we're still fairly early in the process but so far its been a fantastic experience for me and my team.

nightmare of websites and lack of info. I most of this is changed with your new platform but still if one test contains several test within it you need to let us know what tests are within the test

The Hire Talent is part of our hiring process. Their % chance of success predictor is consistent.

Comentários: We use their software assessments to assist in hiring decisions. We have learned the hard way when we don't follow our benchmarks it can come back to haunt us.

Vantagens:

It helps us make solid hiring decisions. We have a minimum benchmark score for applicants. We can also consider areas of importance such as attention to detail, and whether the applicant is more suited to a customer facing role or a technical role.

Desvantagens:

There is a learning curve, but the support is always there to help interpret the results. I do highly recommend.

A Great Service

Comentários: My experience has been outstanding. In every aspect, I am provided with good service. If I have a question, it is answered promptly and thoroughly. I feel as though I have a ready consultant on my shoulder ready to assist and discuss with me any difficult choices that result from the results of the testing. They have this area nailed, and I am very satisfied and content with the system.

Vantagens:

I like the ability to screed in the right person for the job I like the ease of use I like the customer service

Desvantagens:

No Cons to report. I really like the value that I get from using all aspects of this service.

Vantagens:

Extremely thorough team that takes there time to learn about your company and your needs. The interview and screening process is meticulous and the testing results they provide truly help you decide on the best candidates. I HIGHLY recommend this firm!

Desvantagens:

No Cons.. they are amazing and the price is very fair. We've tried alot of firms and this crew is by far the best.

The hire talent is an excellent resource and tool to assess potential new hires.

Comentários: I got a better sense of the person I may be hiring.

Vantagens:

I like the ease of use of the software and the quick and easy set up they help you take care of. I like the quick turnaround times after that new potential hire takes assessment tests. I like the fact that you can talk to staff to get more input on the results of the tests. The entire staff at new hire talent is awesome to work with.

Desvantagens:

The only thing I do not like about the software, is that it's not a bulletproof way to hire or not hire an employee. You have to use it as a tool and utilize all information gathered and then make your decision.

Very pleased with The Hire Talent!

Comentários: When I started with THT I was completely new to HR, this program has and continues to help me with recruiting. The assessments help vet through so many candidates. Anytime I have a question or need assistance [SENSITIVE CONTENT]/and the team have been there for me.

Vantagens:

My number 1 favorite thing about "The Hire Talent" is the customer service! Anytime I have a question or need assistance someone normally answers right away. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has the best video tutorials. I like having all my candidates for each job posting easy to see and find. I believe that the assessments have helped us dramatically in hiring the right candidates.

Desvantagens:

I would like to be able to find candidates even if they are archived from the search bar. This is not possible now and I have to unarchive a job to find the candidate.

Comentários: Our experience has been great. [ Sensitive Content ] has helped me with the website and provides continued support when I need help. He gives me clear direction and very helpful hints. [ Sensitive Content ] has an incredible interviewing process that is thorough. I have learned a lot about recruiting and feel confident that we can find good people because of Hire Talent's support and good software.

Vantagens:

I like how easy it is to track the applicant and schedule interviews and change statuses. I feel confident I am communicating timely and properly with people through the interviewing process. The assessments are great and easy to send to people as well.

Desvantagens:

I am not totally sure yet, but one thing I noticed is when I click on a candidate's profile, I would like to see the resume in a larger view. I have to zoom in and it can be cumbersome.

Great Applicant Screening Tool

Comentários: The service is easy to use, tests are affordable, test results are in my inbox almost immediately, and customer service has been responsive.

Vantagens:

We have used the Detail Skills test to screen applicants for our medical front desk position. It is a very good measure of attention to detail-quite difficult for many people, as it turns out. A high score on the test has meant a good fit for us. Some of our applicants have complained that the instructions for taking the test were misleading and hard to follow-that too has been a helpful part of our screening process. If they can't follow the instructions, they aren't likely to succeed in the job.

Desvantagens:

The online customer portal was still in development last time I logged on-I wasn't able to find past test results. It's not a big problem, because all results have been emailed anyway.

Great Customer Service

Vantagens:

It digs deep into strengths and weaknesses of the candidate, but what I really like is the fact that I don't just receive a paper assessment. I have the ability to reach out to the team who has always been a huge help in helping us understand areas where we need a little more explanation. Awesome Customer Service from the start!!!

Desvantagens:

It was a little hard to understand what I was look at when the results came back in.

Would not hire without this

Comentários: So, I would not hire another staff member without having them take this attention to detail test. We tested it on people who we had an idea of their attention to detail and found it to be spot on. I have used it as a tool for my last several hires and would not want to hire again without this test. I love it!

Vantagens:

I feel like the detail test is a pretty accurate predictor of attention to detail

Desvantagens:

There was nothing I didn't like. The only thing that would be better is free, but everyone has to make it profit.

Vantagens:

Helping me select the right candidate. I can easily get to any candidates score so I can compare a new prospect's score to a good employee's score. Thereby making a better decision.

Desvantagens:

I don't always know which test to use on candidates. I just call Fletcher to figure that out. And sometimes the test is not available for a while - a day.

Comentários: Ability to screen a candidate before I meet with them in the office. Saves time and gives me a better picture of their aptitude for the position being offered.

Vantagens:

That it is easy to find a test that could pre-screen potential candidates. They ask alot of good questions and get the results back in a timely manner.

Great tools for great results

Vantagens:

This really helps when evaluating candidates . In the past I was flying blindly when it came to recruitment. Without any incite it is very hard to create unique questions to dig more into someone's experience and unique skillsets. These tools really helped me prepare for interviews and get to know candidates better

Desvantagens:

It takes a little time and practice to get it all down but it is well worth it

Great Value for the Price

Comentários: The Hire Talent assessment tools have helped us to determine the skill levels of our clerical/administrative candidates. It helps us to determine if their skills are where we need them to be before hiring them, which saves us time and cost in training those whose skill level may not be as strong as presented. The minimal cost for the assessment is nothing compared to the cost of hiring someone only to find out they are not as proficient as you had been lead to believe.

Vantagens:

The customer service is very responsive and helpful. They helped us to find just the right pre-employment screening tools that we needed for our situation. The implementation was extremely fast and easy, and the price is perfect for an organization on a tight budget like we are.

Desvantagens:

I would like it if there was a link where I could see our billing information online. Additionally, I have noticed that some of the items being screened for could be up to the users interpretation. For example, in the proofreading assessment they are looking for some things to be capitalized that in some circumstances might not be. One specific example is that the words "call center" could be a specific location name needing to be capitalized or just a general place that do not. Because of this, I review each specific question missed when reviewing a candidate's results.

Very useful tool for hiring staff!

Comentários: The customer service is above and beyond. My questions have always been answered in a timely fashion and the test results are almost immediate.

Vantagens:

Very user friendly. Love that I can test and screen potential new hires prior to making a job proposal.

Desvantagens:

The testing does seem to be very advanced. Would love a more simplified version.
