During the trial, we found the platform to be feature-rich, with solid invoicing and financial reporting capabilities, and it appeared capable of meeting the needs of many businesses. However, we found that the overall user experience did not fully align with our requirements. While the platform offers good functionality, we also had a less-than-ideal experience with customer support. Responses were slower than expected, and it was sometimes difficult to get timely assistance during the evaluation process. Overall, Sage seems to be a comprehensive accounting solution with a broad range of features, but based on our trial and our experience with support, we decided to move forward with a different provider. > > **Desvantagens**: The main downside for us was the customer support.
