It optimizes a lot of work. We use it to do clinical assessments and it does a great job

CentralReach For ABA Data Collection and Storage
Comentários: I am able to record and store all my clients data easily in one safe place.
Vantagens:
I like how CentralReach systematically prompt fades as the client got closer to acheiving our behavioral targets. It was relatively simple to use and I use it for 7 hours each day so that's a huge help!
Desvantagens:
Although I know that it's imperative for the system to log out after a period of pause for HIPPA reasons, however, I wish the system let you stay logged on for a bit longer since I would constantly have to re-log back in during the time I was administering DTTs.
Too expensive to not care
Comentários: POOR! Central Reach has not provided us with an adequate solution for issues with Change Healthcare and the cost keeps creeping up with no discounts for bundling at ALL.

Expensive, additional functionality cost more, poor customer support.

Comentários: The system is user friendly - Both employees and clients can use the system to keep track on the progress and communicate - Employee can convert notes of session easily. Set up is easy. Integrated with insurance company for easy reimbursement' Some reporting may be tricky. With the constant support and changes this platform is a good option
Vantagens:
Customer service is amazing as you have your own manager attach to your account- Always improving to make client experience easier- Robust learning platform for ABA industry. The learning platform is growing and adapting to client demand.
Desvantagens:
The help SOP are not always up to date-Agent send them over and you have to reach back until you can get help. Scheduling AI at a starting point program- We have not save time yet with this additional tool. Reporting and tracking in the Learning platform is weak, Making it hard to follow progress on the learning side.
Excellent choice for growing or multidimensional therapy companies
Comentários: I am a big fan and encourage all autism therapy practices to consider CR first. If you have a very straightforward model in a small practice and every client gets the same program, there may be simpler options out there. But if you individualize care and offer a variety of treatment models and therapies, CR has a lot to offer.
Vantagens:
Amazing customer support - best of any tech platform I've ever used! Extremely comprehensive and customizable to a variety of practices and service models. Best suited for ABA but also functions well for other billable services including speech/OT, counseling, and diagnostic evaluations.
Desvantagens:
It requires a substantial investment of time and energy to set up optimal customizations and document your own unique organizational workflows. If you do that, it is very powerful - but if you don't, it can be overwhelming or you would just be missing out on many of its great features.

Total Lack of Sales Integrity
Comentários: I very much regret this purchase and am even considering making a switch AGAIN despite the high switching costs. I had a good customer success lead but she couldn't do anything to help the fact that we had a sales rep who over promised and could not deliver.
Vantagens:
Clean interface, customized forms. Pricing is okay.
Desvantagens:
I finally have to review this because I am so frustrated with this software! So much was promised during the sales process and once we were well into implementation, one by one these things were denied. Additionally, as soon as you "go live" you are directed to use the support ticket function for any questions or issues, and they direct everything to an Ideas Portal which is not maintained.
Scalable for ABA business
Comentários: I like a practice management software as opposed to everything on paper like it was before 2021. The software is easily scalable as the business grows.

CR Review - December 2024
Comentários: It's been much better the past year with less down time.
Vantagens:
It's an all-in-one system so it's easier to search for everything.
Desvantagens:
The maintenance where system down is inconvenience. The utilization module is not as accurately calculated. Some functions are not working as intended.

Central reach allows you to have everything in one place. I used it at a former employer and absolutely love it.

There were a lot of changes and updates and sometimes they werent the easiest to adjust to.
Great Customer Service, Great Product!
Comentários: Overall, it has been a good experience switching to CentralReach throughout the past year. There have been a lot of growing pains, but we are definitely able to keep an eye on everything from intake to billing much more efficiently than before.
Vantagens:
Moving to CentralReach has had an extremely positive impact on our day-to-day operations. It is intuitive and user friendly. It can do nearly everything that our old system could not do, faster & better! They are constantly updating and improving the interface and features.
Desvantagens:
Since CR is in use in a variety of states/markets/etc, if we have a specific feature request that only affects a small number of organizations, or only affects our organization, it is placed at the bottom of the development list. Which, from a business standpoint, totally makes sense and we understand, but can occasionally be frustrating if we can't find a suitable workaround while it is developed.

As the billing director, I am impressed with the ease of billing, sending claims and follow-up.

The ability to print notes for audits. This seems like a very difficult and time consuming task compared to our old system.
Central Reach Experience
Comentários: My overall experience with Central Reach is very good. Excluding the cons I mentioned, the product is almost perfect and definitely on the right path.
Vantagens:
The most impactful feature that I noticed with this product is how easy it is to use. It's very user friendly and clean, with the bonus of having a regular updates and as well as quick responding customer support.
Desvantagens:
The least favorite I have with this product is, every time there is a new feature added, some functions tend to get temperamental and glitchy.
Great for billing, terrible for accounting
Comentários: Overall this software is a mess from an accounting perspective. Reporting is seldom consistent and it is incredibly difficult to tie out Central Reach to an accounting system like Quickbooks that it cannot integrate with directly. Central Reach is great for billing from what I understand but if you plan to implement this software please be prepared for your accounting team to face challenges with using it.

This software is great and flexible with client billing in my experience. There are many modules and options to customize the CRM aspects of Central Reach
Desvantagens:
Dealing with Central Reach as an accountant is an atrocious experience. Two people running the same revenue or AR reports can show different numbers, and the live accounting system means that running a report on 7/15 for data ranging from 1/1 through 6/30 for example would actually provide data through the exact time you are running it, meaning 7/15. If you want a report showing data only through a certain date you will need to run the report on that exact date but the issue for larger organizations means that RBTs and other employees will have unconverted appointments which throw off the reports.
System is crashed and down more than it works
Comentários: Terrible. Barely any customer service. Can't get immediate help. Have to email and hope to get a reply. We pay thousands of dollars a month for a service that is spotty at best and non-existent for over a week.
Vantagens:
It's a one stop shop. You can do scheduling, data entry, billing.
Desvantagens:
It is the most inconsistent software I have ever used. We have been a whole week with either the system barely working or being down completely. I would like a refund for the month of January and money back for the amount of effort and cost that we have to put in for the back work we have to do. Our staff is taking data on paper because this system won't work. I can't pull timesheets for payroll or bill out our claims. They also nickel and dime you for everything. And then they will "sunset" a product you use, and then charge you hundreds of dollars more for a new product that you need to use because they got rid of the product that they originally sold you.
The ideal solution for ABA providers
Comentários: I’m constantly impressed with Central Reach’s comprehensiveness, incredible customer services, and constant development. We’ve been using them since they first arrived on the ABA business management scene and it’s been incredible to watch the thoughtfulness in which they’ve grown and developed into a system that can handle HR, Scheduling, Billing, Data Collection, Client management, File Management, and Analytics, and have ambitious plans to also tackle needs with curriculum and more. They really are the one stop shop for the core business needs of an ABA practice.
Vantagens:
I love that Central Reach has an emphasis on ABA providers and is constantly updating and developing to find technology solutions to a whole wide range of challenges as they arise in our industry.
Desvantagens:
The product is extremely comprehensive, and with that comes complexities. We learn something new about it every week, and we’ve been using it for years.

Central reach for an ABA company
Comentários: I love being able to have my schedule and sessions notes in one place. Our company is able to calculate hours worked through this site.
Vantagens:
Have all staff and client schedules through computer. Session notes can be done through this software and sent to insurance companies. There are a lot of tutorials for this software.
Desvantagens:
They conduct a lot of maintenance and updates. Sometimes the site is down or not able to be accessed. When things are updated and changed, it takes a while for everyone to learn and get used to. Very confusing at first, but now that I am used to it, I love it.
Central Reach Review
Comentários: I am in the Human Resources department and use CR for onboarding employees and maintaining employee files. I also help connect employees and clients within the company and help assign service codes. It works well for everything I need to complete for my tasks.
Vantagens:
It is very easy to use and great for ABA companies. We used it at my last employer and we use it at my current employer. I am still learning new functions within Central Reach. Maintaining employee documents is easy due to the document management report.
Desvantagens:
I wish there was an easier way to delete documents that are uploaded by accident and locked. Being HR, it can create issues when documents are locked and need to be renamed.

Vantagens:
I love the all in one feature. It is a one stop shop for our company with information at your finger tips no matter where we are at. The analytics truly help me analyze and run my business from the finance end. Data collection for clinical is easy and the outputs are appropriate for our field of ABA.
Desvantagens:
Getting to know the various uses of it and how to get it set up best to utilize it to its potential.
Gets Job Done but Could be More User Friendly
Comentários: I use Central Reach every day as an RBT to gather data on my clients and help them reach their behavioral goals. I like the data-gathering interface because it allows me to quickly put in data so I can stay in the moment with my kiddo.
Vantagens:
I like that is has everything I need for work all on one platform. I can see my notes, schedule, gather data, etc all on Central Reach. I like the data taking platform and its ease of use (I wish I could rearrange items on my end though). I also use the app for its offline data collection feature which is quite handy.
Desvantagens:
I do not like how many hoops I have to jump through to get to the feature I want. For example, finding my total authorized billable hours for the month is a several step process my company actually had to make a tutorial for us to be able to do it. I would also enjoy a "read all" feature for clinical notes/better way to organize them. The calendar could be improved as well, I like seeing the whole month but the size of appointments makes it unreadable.
Central Reach is the best practice management software for the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
Comentários: Our experience has been wonderful. We have been with CentralReach for over 5 years. I cannot imagine running our company without it. Over time, CentralReach has worked to improve and increase usability for BCBAs. Most of all, the customer service is wonderful.
Vantagens:
This software allows connectivity between all aspects of the company. Claims, timesheets, data collection, authorization management, and billing are seamlessly connected for clients and staff.
Desvantagens:
The software is not easy to learn to use. This can be a barrier for new staff. Though the power of the software makes up for this and it is worth persevering to learn to use it.
Multi-state ABA Practice - 5 STARS!
Comentários: Central Reach can manage scheduling, reporting functions, reporting functions and most importantly, billing. Their staff is passionate, knowledgeable and truly cares about their customers success. If one person does not have an answer, they will utilize their resources to find you the answer. The filtering options in their many screens is a great functionality that can help an organization get down to the nitty gritty of what is occurring. The reports that you are able to run are user friendly and top notch. The support team have been phenomenal in helping us get up to speed on new features, answers our questions promptly and is willing to go above and beyond with our requests. I highly recommend Central Reach to any and every ABA practice.

Central Reach pros and cons
Comentários: After the 2-year implementation, it has been excellent.
Vantagens:
Once we finally understood how to utilize the software, it meets almost all of our needs. When audits are requested, we feel 100% confident we are in compliance.
Desvantagens:
Very difficult to learn. We had to hire a single individual, just to learn and understand the software. It is not intuitive. If you do not fully understand something (e.g., giving access to contacts), you can be left wondering why things are missing.
