Fiskl is our favourite app for invoicing and expense tracking. Allows multi currency. easy to setup and use isn't "packed with features" but in our view, that's a good thing to only have what you need support has always been great

Desvantagens:

Limitation on cusomisaing invoices / templates Android app doesn't always work when adding new expenses - scanning receipts -

Great Product - but doesn't meet ALL my requirements

Comentários: Fiskl is a nce and elegant solution to my invoicing needs. The invoices look great when they are sent out and the functionality is pretty much all there (except for the con I mentioned). Plus the cost of Fiskl is very reasonable when compared to its competitors. I would definitely recommend Fiskl for small contractors or entrepreneurs who do not need a full accounting system to operate their business.

Vantagens:

There is much to like about Fiskl. The user interface is what I love the most - with it's easy to navigate screens and intuitive design. You know it is a well thought out design when you don't really need to go through any tutorials. It isn't too cluttered either - only showing the necessary information required. Functionality wise it does a lot of things most other invoicing software achieves, and I find I can complete my tasks with fewer clicks in my workflow with Fiskl - with is a plus in my eyes. For example, you can have repeating invoices (not anything special) - however in my case I have to make minor wording adjustments on each invoice, so I can simply duplicate an invoice with one click and make my minor adjustments (all within 2 minutes! - it actually takes longer to log in). Love the product and will continue to use Fiskl for my invoicing needs.

Desvantagens:

As my review title suggests, there is a core feature that is missing (although I believe it is currently in beta). And that is pulling in the bank transaction data feed to match payments in your bank to your invoices. This is still a manual process to mark off each invoice as paid and breaks the smooth work flow with Fiskl. For me not a huge deal as I am quite a detail oriented person, so I make it a point to reconcile payments regularly. However I can see a busy business owner losing site of which invoices are still outstanding and which ones to chase.

Vantagens:

I love that it has a superb functionality. I can send invoices, keep track of time, keep track of money owed to me. I am really impressed with Fiskl!

Desvantagens:

The one thing that I need to happen is to have the capability of linking Fiskl to my business bank account. That would make me give Fiskl a five star rating!

Simple Powerful Invoicing and Collection

Comentários: SImple invoicing, tracking and collection.

Vantagens:

I needed a simple way to not only raise invoices but also have the ability take deposits, create payment plans and track payments made. Fiskl does that like a champ

Desvantagens:

I use a dedicated CRM and a dedicated Proposal software and I wish FISKL coult integrate via Integrately so I dont need duplicate input, but alas it does not.... It's a stand-alone product.

Very solid mobile invoicing software

Comentários: Very solid and reliable, it made my job smoother and quicker for the months I used it, before the new digital invoicing system became mandatory in my country

Vantagens:

When I first used this software I fall in love with it! Easy to use, complete and very solid for freelancers and solopreneurs who want to concentrate on their projects and not on their accountancy tasks! But the best part came after the "Quotes" were implemented.

Desvantagens:

Unfortunately in Italy, it's not useful after the digital invoicing system became mandatory in June 2019. So I cannot use it anymore. sob!

Love the conveinence

Comentários: Fiskl helps us track our mileage and invoice customers right from the app. This is very convenient when we are on location: I can just hit a button and send it to them asap.

Simple, easy and mobile

Vantagens:

Simple to use, easy to configure and in continuous growth. From the first day you feel like a fish in the water. I love its minimal and direct interface. Its functionalities: billing, timetracking, and contact management

Desvantagens:

They take there time for the new features. Almost a year for translation :) I'm still waiting for quotation, Zapier integration, + other featured. I really miss having more information on the contact area, like URL of the contact

Essential tool for invoicing and bookkeeping

Vantagens:

Fiskl is not properly a bookkeeping tool, but you can use it to have a log of all transaction, send invoices, take not of expenses and use the camera of your phone in conjunction with their AI to control your budget. The camera app will recognise the characters on your receipt with great accuracy and do the job for you. You can set invoice on the go, charge customers using the Stripe or PayPal integration and keep tracking of you gas usage or time expend on a project. It accepts multi-currency. Simple to use! Worth it!

Desvantagens:

Can't remember anything negative about this tool, worth every dollar.

Great, but not the best

Comentários: Overall great, but it can be better. Perfect for the small business owner.

Vantagens:

I LOVED that it's good for dealing with multiple currencies. I also love how it links with Stripe.

Desvantagens:

It can be bad with bringing on your accountant, it's hard to give them access with their gmail account. I had to email support.

Great for tracking mileage

Comentários: It has made keeping track of mileage a breeze. I never did that consistently before, but now all I have to do is push a button.

Vantagens:

I really like that I'm able to track my mileage, and it keeps all the information related to the trip in my app so that I can easily download it come tax season.

Desvantagens:

Setting up the taxes is confusing. It took me a very long time to figure out how to add the sales tax line to an invoice. It doesn't automatically add it even after you set it up. You have to manually add the sales tax to EACH line item in your invoice.

Perfect Business Finance App for my 2 man IT Consultancy

Comentários: Because I can invoice immediately I get paid quicker.

Vantagens:

Quick to join, Quick to Download and Easy to use. Once installed I could easily work my way through the different features of invoicing, expenses and quotes for my clients. It has certainly speeded up the time it takes me to invoice as i can now do this from anywhere at anytime.

Desvantagens:

I havent found any negatives to date. If i got stuck I contacted Fiskl support which was exceptionally responsive.

A great way to keep track of your fincances as a freelancer

Comentários: Fiskl is a great way to keep track of your finances if you're a freelancer, but still needs more functionalities which nowadays seem basic for a finances management software. So I'm still finding it difficult to move all my money operations to this platform.

Vantagens:

What I love about Fiskl: - User interface is great. - Creating invoices and adding clients is great. - You can accept payments through Stripe. - Mileage tracking is a great plus if you need to travel for work. - Being able to add products and services makes everything simpler.

Desvantagens:

What I miss when I use Fiskl: - PayPal integration. It seems ridiculous that we can accept payments through Stripe but not PayPal. - I would love to be able to add suppliers in the same way I can add clients. That way, I would be able to keep track of my operations with each supplier and see where I should be investing more or cutting back. - Quotes creation has been on the roadmap for some time, but it's still not implemented.

Simple software for inputting and keeping track of business data

Comentários: Just makes managing my business and keeping track of stuff a lot easier

Vantagens:

I love being able to take pictures of receipts for my accounts and publish them inside my Fiskl account to help me keep track of all my income and expenditures

Desvantagens:

Took me a while to figure out how to switch to the right currency for each item as I have income in many different currencies and also expenses in a few different currencies

Great for remote sales!

Vantagens:

My remote sales team uses the tool to collect the money as they close the deal and that means they get paid faster. So it works and it does it well!

Desvantagens:

No cons from me I like the tool and I like to use it!

Vantagens:

The software has been really great especially helping me to get my quotes and invoices out quickly. I found it easy to get started with and the few questions I had were answered by customer services straight away. Something that I would highly recommend anyone with a small business to give it a try.

Fiskl is great for IT Consultants like me

Very solid Mobile Business Finance App

Vantagens:

Very good value for money. Feature rich and covered all areas of my business finance needs. I like the ability to be able to track my expenses and do my quotes whilst on the train saving me time when i get home.

Desvantagens:

The software overall for the price was very good. It would be great if it was in German and not just English but that s a feature request and not something that was advertised.

great for keeping track of expenses

Vantagens:

The thing I like best about this service is it allows me to easily keep track of expenses. I simply open the app, take a photo of my receipt, and it does the rest.

Desvantagens:

I wish there were better features for exporting content within the app, so I could use the data in other programs. So far, I have not found a way to do that.

Brilliantly innovative Mobile Business Finance App

Easy to use financial tracking

I find it is brilliant to track basic finances for a business. It is flexible to use for services/products/expenses etc, but not too in depth to complicate basic tracking

Desvantagens:

I found that I needed more information in the basic list of invoices/expenses etc than it provides to make for easy tracking.

A beautiful and easy to use Invoicing system.

Vantagens:

+ Some of Fiskl biggest strength are, clean and beautiful GUI. + Support bank integration in many countries. + Very easy to use. You can create invoice in just a few minutes without even read the documentation. + One of the best invoicing apps. If you are some one who looking for simple and easy to use invoicing system, then Fiskl could be your answer.

Desvantagens:

- Not for someone who need complex accounting app. - Slow fetch bank feeds (at least the last time I use it)

Comentários: Being organised financially as a performer is not our strength. Fiskl has simplified this for me and helped me get my finances in order.

Vantagens:

I run an opera company/charity in Dusseldorf and I am at heart a performer not an accountant. The software has been so easy to use and has allowed me to become far more organised financially. I really appreciate being able to do my expenses and invoices at anytime from my mobile.

Great productivity app for my small business

Comentários: Being a UK based freelancer I needed an app that would help me keep track of my expenses and VAT for year end tax deductions. There are a lot of US oriented app on the market, but none that cater for European VAT, which is extremely frustrating especially since London is the capital of finance tech. I started invoicing my clients as well from the Fiskl application, and as the end of the VAT period comes, I will send all my invoices and tax receipts to my accountant without digging through all my computer files.
