> **Vantagens**: This is the second organisation I have introduced Hireful ATS in to and never hesitate to recommend them. It's easy to use, easy to see data and the reporting functionality is strong. The customer service is great, they listen to customers feedback and are constantly developing the system to stay ahead of the game. Recommendations I have made previously have been developed and implemented making the recruitment process so much easier, it's great to see as a user and to know that the team genuinely cares.

> **Vantagens**: Customer service is amazing. Whenever I have a query, I can get an answer almost immediately via the support chat function. The actual platform is very easy to use with every one of our hiring managers praising how much better our recruitment process is now we are using the ATS. As an admin, I find the posting of ads and scheduling of interviews/general communication so quick and easy.

> **Desvantagens**: Only one minor con and that is the anonymised names can get a little confusing. We once contacted the wrong candidate by mistake as their anonymised name was extremely similar to another candidate's.

> Love it. The ATS has completely improved our entire recruitment process, modernising it and reducing admin significantly. The customer service is brilliant as well.
