And the main problem is that the basic translation has been down from the blue. The support answer could have been more satisfying. They told us that they are using a translation service provider and they have reached the limits of the service agreement so the team is working to renew our agreement. How is it even possible? It is embarrassing. I need an immediate solution since I only use it with translations. Clients have told me over and over how easy the signup process has been. - Customer service with Appointlet has been incredible\!\! I feel like I know the guys over there on the level of a good friend.
