Comentários: Overall experience with Qwilr is nice and one who needs perfect quality of electronic signature and documents storage facilities.
Vantagens:
Our business requirements are as such that electronic signature and documents storage should be the priority for us to look for any CRM tool (currently) and in that aspect Qwilr outraged it's competitors.
Desvantagens:
Qwilr doesn't have right customised template as their design and templates are not upto the mark (compare to other tools) along with that it is quite expensive for long run.

Comentários: The Qwilr sales team pitched Qwilr to us as a contract management tool, when in fact it is designed for building proposals for digital services. There are many perceived issues with Qwilr that reflect our team's attempt to use Qwilr for a use case it was not built for. If you need to send digital/marketing services proposals, this could be a great fit for you.
Vantagens:
Clean user interface. Conceptually, if you are building simple proposals they can come across as quite visually appealing.
Desvantagens:
Generally, the document editing component is pretty tough to utilize and quite rigid. Things like the price table have a one size fits all approach to presenting information. Document management is complicated, it's very easy to lose a specific document/template, especially if you have a handful of users all creating documents. Notifications were not reliable for views/signatures.
Easiest Proposal Creation Tool On The Market
Comentários: We are in the Advertising and video production business. We have always needed a workflow where we can get our proposals or propositions to clients fast so we can get to business. Soon as we started using Qwilr we were able to create templates of our most popular services to be able to use them for future proposals and send them out almost instantly to our prospects to take a look at and get their feedback right away.
Vantagens:
The simplicity of this software is what makes it a "must-have" for agencies or businesses that need to send proposals to clients on a daily or weekly basis. I have tried countless of other software's that claim to be the same but I always end up frustrated with their User Interface that makes it hard to figure out how to change simple objects, texts, or images etc. Qwilr by far has been our best proposal tool for getting those signatures from clients and money in the bank faster!
Desvantagens:
At the moment there is not much I would change about Qwilr. As a designer, I would love to have the ability to make custom design changes without much code such as more click and drag design features but that's something I desire for almost every single software I use. At the end of the day this software does what it's meant to do and exceeds at it.
Nice Proposal Building Tool
Vantagens:
It's easy to quickly get a proposal built out and sent. I like the control it provides over acceptance and signature capturing. The splash blocks are really nice, with lots of good photos and videos that we can use as backgrounds. Style controls are also really nice, and ensure that all of our branding is consistent throughout our proposals and NDAs. We also use the quote blocks frequently and like the way those provide pricing information to our clients.
Desvantagens:
We typically build our initial estimates inside a spreadsheet like Google Sheets. We'd love if importing into the quote block from a spreadsheet was easier. Right now, to preserve our formatting better, we do a lot of copy and paste, and that's not optimal. It would be nice to have some additional text layout blocks as well, like tiles or multiple columns. Lastly, if we need to go through the legal process with a client, we typically end up having to convert our Qwilr document into a Word document for attorneys to review and mark up. It would be nice if there was an export feature that made this easier. Today we have to do this manually through copy-paste.
Easy to use and impresses prospects.
Comentários: I love quiller and will continue to use it. It looks clean, it's easy to use, easy to customize, and prospects. Absolutely love it.
Vantagens:
Quiller is easy to use and easy to customize. In a world or most companies do presentations through PowerPoint, having a web-based presentation and proposal where you can make changes on the fly that they can see immediately is wonderful. It looks great. Once you have it set up, and is overall a great product.
Desvantagens:
We did have to hire a third party to help design the templates because it was a little difficult to get everything to look great right off the bat. Plus they're pricing feature is nice, but they don't take into account more complicated industries that require full contract negotiations. We have the pricing feature on there but it doesn't work the way it should for our industry.

With the tool generating of proposal and signing is easier and straightforward. It's an easy to use tool which is highly flexible to meet organizations needs.

It has a long learning curve which is kind of discouraging.

Comentários: Qwilr has been used in numerous negotiations and has been convenient and fruitful in terms of creating and discussing contracts. Great value for the price
Comentários: When we switched to Qwilr, it made copying & creating proposals much easier. A professional looking quote can be out the door in literally 20 minutes - and the viewer probably thinks we spent hours on it.
Vantagens:
Qwilr required no training to get up & running. It's a very straightforward, easy to use platform. For only $75 a month to create unlimited proposals, it's probably the cheapest software platform we utilize, yet we use it to provide new prospects with proposals almost daily. A true bargain when you consider the cost / benefit. The proposals look professional, we always get compliments on how great they are. No more powerpoint or Word docs, and no more paying an outside designer to create something on Adobe for us. Anyone on our team can easily use Qwilr to create a great looking proposal in under an hour.
Desvantagens:
Again I'll say that despite it's shortcomings, Qwilr is still a bargain. That said, I wish that there was more ability to customize font sizes and colors. I've also found that sometimes changes don't save when multiple people are working on the same project , so you have to be careful of that. The last feature that I wish they had was the ability to see when a proposal (a "qwilr") was created. We often remember "hey - who did we do that website quote for a few months back?" - we know the proposal exists, but we can't remember the name. Then we're left paging thru hundreds of proposals to try & find it. Or if we create multiple proposals for the same customer, we'd like to be able to see which one was the most recent.
Use Qwilr when you really want to wow your customers
Comentários: I have tried a load of different Xero add-ons for creating proposals for customers. Finally I found Qwilr, which allows me to embed my terms and conditions, brand my business appropriately (using the exact colours) and even upload my own branding images to pepper throughout the proposal. Because I do LOADS of video work, I also am able to include video summaries about the service or product my customers are buying directly into the proposal. I also use images to diagram processes or other bits and pieces throughout the proposal. I like the structure of Qwilr, as it allows me to use different formatting for sections and include ALL of the relevant information (I used to direct people back to the website or have to take them away from the proposal to do this before). You could include frequently asked questions or outline your process and inclusions/exclusions very clearly. The quote module still needs work to suit the vast variety of needs business owners have when they are quoting. However I think there are enough workarounds to make it applicable to any business owner providing a service or product.
A very impactful proposal creation software
Comentários: Overall, I can't recommend Qwilr enough for anyone creating personalised proposals. It will pay for itself multiple times.
Vantagens:
Creating proposals in Qwilr is very easy and the result always leaves a very good impression with the clients. Because you are literally creating a website as a proposal for your client, it is guaranteed to set yourself apart from pretty much any other company - I can't tell you how many times people mentioned how impressed they were with our top-notch proposal quality (and how many projects we won because of that). It's very easy to create proposals both from scratch, as well as to clone old ones and edit them.
Desvantagens:
While the templates look good and the colour and fonts can be customised, there are limitations in what you can do with Qwilr. They will be soon releasing a new editor that seems a lot more flexible than before.
A Game Changer

We started using Qwilr a year and a half ago when we wanted to step up our sales and proposals game. It DOUBLED our closing rate IMMEDIATELY. It makes our proposals stand out in the crowd drastically and we are extremely proud to send them out. The analytics on the backend of it is also incredible.
Desvantagens:
They occasionally make updates to improve the capabilities that end up changing proposals we have already designed.
A great tool to make basic quick and good looking proposals, and follow up on their status
Comentários: We have managed to save a great amount of time and harmonise our proposals across the team. Also this centralises proposals by status and signatures and information flow within the company. I would definitely recommend for startups such as ours to help on this.
Vantagens:
We used to work on PPT and send PDF proposals to our clients, calculating elements by hand, some times making mistakes and not being able to offer various options for our proposals in an explicit way. It was time consuming and not aesthetic. Qwilr allows us to save 10 minutes by proposal, have a standardised presentation and avoid mistakes in calculating discounts etc. ... A great tool for making our lives easier.
Desvantagens:
We work in various languages and it can sometime be a little complicated to translate certain elements, or customise them to be understood based on the country we are addressing our proposals to, but I would consider this as a minor problem.

Functionality - it allows for use as an internal and external presentation document. Easy link sharing. Easy to upload photos with minimal editing needed. Access to a stock image library. Easily aligned to showcase company branding and color scheme. Professional appearance. Option to password protect.
Desvantagens:
Viewability. Since it is a document, if you use it as a presentation, you will need to zoom in to make the text larger and easily readable across a meeting room.
The one solution for all sales documents
Comentários: Before Qwilr, invoices took us a day to prepare and now we can churn out any sales documents in a matter of minutes.

We were tired of using different tools to create proposals and invoices. We were able to do all of our sales documentation using Qwilr. They offer a wide range of templates, all of which are designed beautifully. they have everything a sales team could need to create impressive proposals and invoices, right from royalty free images to video embedded documents
Desvantagens:
The price seems to rather high. Also, most of the useful features are only included in the business version. their basic paid version lacks most of the features.

Comentários: We use Qwilr to send out and track our proposals. We started using Qwilr to make great looking proposals, we stayed on for the strong analytics and the ability to build up your own library of standard sections the team can just 'drop in' without having to re-invent the wheel every time. Helix is a Boutique software consultancy firm, as such we have a high bar for the software tools we use. Qwilr meets this expectation and then some. Fanatical support and perfect execution. It's about time we had slick documents made for the web. I can't recommend Qwilr enough. Great work guys.

One of the best ways to make an impact on your customers when you send them a proposal

Qwilr is a very easy to use web app that allows you to create impactful proposals for clients. Since you'll be sending a website to the client and not the usual PDF (though you can do that as well), your proposal will look A LOT more professional and will have A LOT bigger impact on the potential client. Every time we send a proposal, the clients compliment it and the perceived value of our work is greatly increased. You can create templates and reuse sections, easily create stunning proposals with custom styling, know when someone viewed it and for how long, password protect proposals and quite a lot more.
Desvantagens:
It used to be rather limited in terms of customizability, but nowadays they've improved a lot.
Great for finding emails for prospects
Comentários: Qwilr makes it really easy to find a prospect's valid email by taking in their first/last name and domain. It gives you a list of potential combinations of those parts and makes it really easy to find the email.
Vantagens:
Very easy to use. Combine it with Gmail to get the most from the platform.

Your text input will disappear if you switch windows at all.
Must have for creative businesses
Vantagens:
- support is off the charts, always really friendly and helpful - there’s a great balance between having options, but not too many to waste innecessary formatting time - intuitive and easy to use - allows you to save elements and clone entire templates, again saving you time - clients love the layout.. it’s dodferent/stands out and looks so professional
Desvantagens:
- the filing structure is limited with only “live” and “archived” files. I would prefer to organise them other ways.
Amazing Software for Quotes

Vantagens:
This software helped me win a large amount of deals and I am constantly told that they are "the best proposals they have ever seen". Additionally, it saves us a ton of time on developing the proposals.
Desvantagens:
There are no major negatives about the Qwilr. Some recommendations for additional features would be the ability to include Gaant Charts and more formatting options. However, they continue to innovate and release new features frequently.
