Vantagens:

Easy to use, very responsive team, easy to onboard new staff members.

Desvantagens:

I would like to see support for larger file uploads.

Best user friendly product out there!

We have quite a few non technical individuals living in out community. Condo Control is so user friendly everyone can use it!

Desvantagens:

I'm honestly not unhappy with Condo Control at all. I appreciate the constant improvements they make and the training available!

A basic program.

Comentários: CCC is a big improvement over emails for recordkeeping because it allows access to the entire board and keeps track of outstanding issues. But there aren't good search features so that as time goes on it is more and more difficult to find records of past issues. Also the requirement to post a service request then go back in to add photos is cumbersome - you should be able to attach photos when creating the request.

Vantagens:

It provides a communication platform for multiple categories of users to connect and access information. It is generally offered to client buildings free by property management and security companies.

Desvantagens:

The library function is very limited re size of documents permitted and the organization of documents. The reporting functions are awkward making it difficult to search for or organize issues that were the subject of complaints or incident reports. The summary reports don't show key information so the detailed reports need to be reviewed.

Best Condo App!

Comentários: I've used Condo Control for over 3 years now - a couple of years as a resident and now as the Vice President of our condo association board. It didn't take long to get used to at all! And after a month of using it in the beginning it was so easy to find things. And the *search* is incredibly helpful!

Vantagens:

I love the ease of use of this program! And because the format hasn't changed, everything I need is easy to find.

Desvantagens:

There is nothing I don't like about Condo Control

Comentários: I have been using CCC for many years if not a decade! When I think of Condo Control I think of professionalism, efficiency, positive growth and great support. That is a full package service! Keep up the great work!

Vantagens:

Residential Database and Purchase Order modules are easy to use, provide good features and reports that are very helpful to run a building. But what I truly love about CCC from early on in my days working with this service is the willingness and openness of the CCC Team and [sensitive content hidden] to take Managers' suggestions to improve improve the system. It is such a pleasure dealing with the whole Team! Thank you all for all that you do!

Desvantagens:

Well that is a tricky question, I like all features of CCC; but every system has room for improvement. I would like to see a few improvements with the Purchase Orders, like being able to print off a copy without opening new windows; or being alerted to duplicate invoices, but being as pro-active as they are I know the Team is working on this already!

Helping property management

Comentários: This platform is easy to learn, mostly intuitive and definitely one of the best tool we can work with in property management.

Vantagens:

Condo Control allows to access our database of residents easily, allowing us to find the information we need fast and accurately. The announcement allow us to prepare and send memos right away or delay, this way we can prepare memos ahead of time with the guarantee it will be sent at the right moment.

Desvantagens:

The Classified Ad section is not as intuitive as one could hope, but with a bit of tweaking, it can assist the need of our residents and property manager.

It's Pretty Good

Comentários: Most issues we have have no solution so not such a great experience.

Vantagens:

The easy navigation and user-friendly interface.

Desvantagens:

The announcements are not as customizable as we were led to believe, not able to delete visitors from an account, announcements are not able to have attachments and only the message can be viewed to now I have to make all documents images to have them seen by our residents.

As a property manager, having the building data available in the palm of my hands is an asset.

Sometimes there’s too many functions - but this could also be taken as a positive.

Search button can be improved, Often I search about resident's name for example, it crashes, like nothing shows up. I think that is the major thing which can be improved.

Great tool- great price!

Its easy for everyone. Our security guards depend on this software!

Uploading announcements are a bit redundant. We sometimes dont need an introduction letter with a notice.

A leader in condo management software

Comentários: Overall Condo Control is my recommend go to program for condo / concierge use. It can also be tailored to your site specific needs.

Vantagens:

Easy to use with frequent feature updates and speedy customer support

Desvantagens:

Updates that can last longer then 15minutes during high traffic hours.

Beginner-Friendly

Vantagens:

As someone who has never used a program like this before, I felt that it was very easy to learn how to use the necessary functions required for my position. The video tutorials also were very helpful in teaching me about all the different functions that are available for use. Although we do not use every single function Condo Control has to offer, it is great that the options are still available in the event that they are needed further down the line. As a Security personnel, the Security and Concierge tab is very well done. They layout is very easy to understand and navigate. Sometimes we have a lot of people come and go, as such, having something that is simple to use makes it easy when trying to teach someone with zero experience.

Desvantagens:

Based on the functions that the building uses on a daily basis, my biggest issue with Condo Control is lack of sorting options for things like particular Incident Reports based on Category.

The experience with Condo Control is good overall, so there is not something in particular to report here.

Condo Manager Experience

Comentários: We use this daily for 3 of my condominium corporations. It has had mixed reviews from owners however, from a managers perspective it is great

Love that everything is in 1 database. Keeps owners informed, lots of ways to communicate activities, events, scheduled maintenance

Desvantagens:

Not always user friendly for those who do not use computers frequently. Setup and launching was stressful

Great Condo Platform

Comentários: Overall, very good as I work with other platforms and this one is by far my favorite to work with.

Vantagens:

I love how user friendly it is for both the admin and the residents.

Desvantagens:

There are a few times that the platform goes down for maintenance which can be frustrating.

Completely rebuilt our HOA owners database with this software. Invaluable!

Vantagens:

The phone book, service request tracking and announcement module are the most important features to us.

Desvantagens:

The voting module was only ok. And it is fairly expensive to set up. Also, the Quickbooks Online tie in seems problematic. Syncing our QBO records to CC doesn't always go smoothly. We wish there was a dedicated accounting package for HOAs that we could purchase, and do away with QBO.

An Overall Solid Product

Comentários: Overall, it is a good experience. Like anything, it can take a bit getting used to. Getting used to it won't take that long as the layout is fairly intuitive.

Vantagens:

Pros:-The amenity section gives a calendar view for all the amenities instead of needing to view each amenity calendar one-by-one-Stores frequent visitor information for the parking passes which makes it hassle-free to create parking permits -Easy to navigate GUI for both administrators and users alike unlike other competitors- Customer service is quick and helpful

Desvantagens:

Cons:- Package entry is sequential and cannot log multiple packages at the same time

Comentários: Nearly all positive, it's easy to get used to and very robust, offering so much to a property manager.

Vantagens:

I appreciate that Condo Control presents and functions in many areas that will benefit our community, whether it is the ability to purchase necessary items, make payments, find important local information, etc.

Desvantagens:

I do wish the features could be more custom to the company utilizing Condo Control. I would love a page that can provide new information made available to users but not necessarily worth of a full announcement.

Condominium Management Simplified

Comentários: Using CCC has been an integral part of our Condo Management Business - It houses all the information you need for each Corporation as well as each individual unit. It makes my job easier!

Vantagens:

Simple to use - good layout- good values for the money

The ICU feature is not current with legislation and is more difficult then it needs to be.
