Those who had to help with installation, however, were totally inexistent. They convice you to buy it and then they do not follow up at all. They make you feel inadequate as if you are not computer literate you can die\! they make you download give you few hints and you need figure it out yourself. We had no support on how to fix rates, how to understand things and how to continue.
