Best bang for your buck!

Comentários: Overall experience is excellent. Yotpo has driven much higher customer engagement and conversions.

Vantagens:

Yotpo beats other review services at this price point with easier integration, more customer engagement that converts to sales, and your traffic STAYS on your website!

Desvantagens:

1) There is no 'bare bones' account option, so we are paying for many features we don't need.2) The system doesn't include multiple language support, so non-english reviews are mistakenly flagged for profanity.

Avoid! Their "Premium" is a Dumpster Fire.

Vantagens:

I did not like my experience with them. They overcharge and far underdeliver. They are all about sales.

Desvantagens:

YOTPO was a complete disappointment and is not recommended. The birthday discount feature is a chaotic mess, causing issues with pricing, dates, and customer service. Support tickets lack basic functionality, the support portal is a security disaster, they sent me a login to a a rep, not a customer, and then just swept it under the rug. Contribution reports are unreliable. Their team even confirmed this! Their admin interfaces are a nightmare to navigate. If it was free the user interface would be terrible. For $$$$ is a joke! Too many confusing reps. A dumpster fire of code in the web reviews widget make matters worse. YOTPO's impact on site speed has been detrimental. The promised platform synergies are meh. SMS Bump is a usability disaster. Meetings with their team are a waste of time. Other platforms have proven to be far more beneficial, while YOTPO has only added frustration, complexity, and countless hours of troubleshooting. Avoid YOTPO at all costs.

Comentários: Very good customer service too.

Vantagens:

I love the text messaging feature to notify my customers when I'm going live. I also use Yotpo to collect reviews and Yotpo makes it easy with a click of a button to directly post the review on the product.

Desvantagens:

I would love to see more free features like personalized emails for review collection.

Comentários: Review management. Helps hesitant customers see value when other "real" people also have purchased the same thing .

Vantagens:

Ease of use, 100%. A lot more functions that I don't use, but room to grow into.

Desvantagens:

That Google Seller Ratings and Google Shopping Ads are only available in the Prime tier and that you have to upgrade to 250 reviews per month to get the Google functions. I would like a Prime subscription with only 50 reviews per month and the "Reviews booster" on.

However, Google has review volume requirements that brands must meet before they can acquire their Google Seller Rating. Because of these requirements, this feature is available in our Prime package. Comentários: We were happy with a previous reviews solution until we couldn't integrate with Google shopping ads but then discovered so many more options

works great, clean interface, integration with other software and services

Desvantagens:

A lot of options to scroll through and pricy compared to previous solution

Easy to use and great support

Comentários: We took our time in getting the integration set up, but once the review emails started sending to consumers who purchased online the reviews came piling in. Yotpo helped organize and filter these reviews and we've been very happy with the results.

Vantagens:

Yotpo's setup process and continued support has made the addition of this review platform painless with a huge return on investment. We have received more consumer reviews since adding Yotpo 6 months ago then we did in the previous 6 years. Our success manager is quick to respond and makes great recommendations and adding widgets is easy for anyone on our team to do.

Desvantagens:

We cannot currently share consumer reviews with the product team for an individual product. This would be valuable information for the product team to make adjustments during the growing/production season. It would also be great to have consumer reviews attached to records in our CRM which is also not currently available.

Tracking Reviews Made Easy!

Comentários: I've been pretty satisfied overall. Plus Yotpo has many other apps that intergrate well.

Vantagens:

This app is very functional for the proce. I've used some more expensive ones, but Yotpo does everything those do for less $$$. I like the simplicity of the platform and find the customer service extrememly helpful.

Desvantagens:

I wish there was a way to custimize my reveiw emails a little more.

Love the new widget upgrades!

Vantagens:

I like the customization aspect. It flows nicely with our site and looks very natural. The new widgets are great! They made the customer images larger which looks really nice!

Desvantagens:

I do wish it was a bit less expensive but I also feel it is worth it.

Vantagens:

It's probably the most full featured solution available. I had a client that used Yotpo on BigCommmerce and loved it, but wasn't thrilled about the price. He tried several other programs such as Stamped.io and nothing really compared to Yotpo. In the end, he went back to Yotpo because it's worth the price tag.

Desvantagens:

It can be quite pricey for larger retailers.

Nice product that help to get reviews on the website

Vantagens:

The reminder and the easy way to answer reviews. That Chat service is easy to access and answers is fast.

Desvantagens:

Because I have a generic website, it is really hard to get some help from the agent. They don't know how to help me.

Great Product, easy to use

Very easy to manage and good notifications.

Desvantagens:

The integration was difficult for me, but I'm not that savvy with code. Someone else could have probably done it in a 1/10th of the time it took me. Once I figured it out, no issues!

A great asset to our company!

Comentários: When we first integrated YotPo, we had an increase in revenue because potential buyers were able to read reviews and see photos from other customers, making them feel more confident and educated in purchasing our products. UGC is an essential component of our website, and YotPo offers a simple-to-use software that easily integrates those revenue-increasing elements on our website. Overall, YotPo has been a great tool for our company - increasing our revenue and helping us seamlessly integrate reviews and photos on our website.

Vantagens:

YotPo has been a super helpful tool for our company to curate customer reviews and visual content. The platform is very straight-forward to learn and navigate. The analytics feature has been a great component to help us track UGC and interaction with the widgets on our website. Our personal rep has also been really great to work with! She does a wonderful job of informing us of new YotPo features and analyzing our content for areas of growth. Another great feature is that photos can be attached to reviews, and the photos in our website gallery include the review or social media post they were included with. YotPo's customer service team has been readily available and very supportive in troubleshooting. They always follow up & stick with an issue until it's resolved.

Desvantagens:

I've run into an issue with the visual content curator that hasn't been solved, even with multiple conversations with customer service. When I manually upload, some photos with a portrait ratio end up looking skewed and distorted. There's no software solution for this, so I've had to just resize images on my own to avoid it. Other improvements I'd like to see are increased visual settings for photo galleries, greater customization options for review request emails, and the capacity to see how many reviews included photos (this is not currently a data point I can see in analytics).

Feels quite basic, but lacks functionallity

Comentários: We have used Yotbo for a few years, and since it's implemented on our website it is hard for us to abandon Yotpo, although we really want to.

Vantagens:

A lot of automatic features, and the software takes care of most things.

Desvantagens:

1. In the Q/A-section there is a "Send to past shoppers"-button. We absolutely hate this button, and there is no option to hide or remove it. It's very easy to accidentally press the button and then an e-mail is sent to hundreds of customers saying our company needs help answering the question. When this happens, we get a lot of angry e-mails from customers asking what we are doing and telling us how incompetent we are. Sometimes people provide personal information in their questions, and if we accidentally send these questions (and personal information) to other customers, we might get sued. 2. There were two of us working in Yotpo, and it was a bit problematic. During the summer there were six of us, and we had to come up with our own solutions to prevent two or three of us not to answer the same reviews, or four of us trying to find the answer to the same question. There is no way to see what questions your colleagues are working with, and no way to make notes on a question or review. We usually spend an hour every day copying all the questions to a separate online document, and all the reviews (with rating, user e-mail address, and order number) to another document to be able to handle it.

Great platform but annual contracts only

Comentários: Great customer service team from the sales call all the way to implementation. Very powerful platform with a lot of great features.

Vantagens:

Yotpo offer very sophisticated and AI based platform. The dashboard and interface is far better compared to Shopper Approved. Customers can filter through reviews on a product page and the review request emails are highly customizable.

Desvantagens:

they only offer annual contracts, very expensive plans.

Reviews Sourced the Right Whey ~ AGN Roots

Comentários: Yotpo creates the best review app for Shopify without question. I Love the, Subscribe & Save, Reviews Features, Integrations, and most of all, the various stars at all levels, including customer-facing services. I get emailed daily by competitors and always respond, "If you can do it better than YotPo - I'm in" I have yet to consider changing services and find that working with the technical talents of YoTpo has raised my expectations too high to be emailed a 2nd time by competitors in the Shopify integration space.

Vantagens:

1. The people behind it the Apps 2. The technology software 3. The accreditation built over time

Desvantagens:

I wish the google integration was more affordable (The ability to see my product ratings on Google Search). To pay several hundred per month for that feature is a bummer; that's not a software glitch, that's more of a Google is ripping Yotpo Off glitch & Yotpo has to cover their costs - I am but a humble business who donates processed and thus wants ALL the features for less :)

Comentários: The customer support I have received from Yotpo has been unmatched. They are always willing to help and make changes to my code for me to setup the backend.

Vantagens:

It was so easy to integrate with shopify!! Support was so helpful with assisting the account setup.

Desvantagens:

I have not had any complaints, which sounds crazy. But this software fits my needs perfectly.

Comentários: We downloaded and deleted because there were no features in free plan

Vantagens:

It it a great software since it comes with sms marketing. If offers integration with email marketing. So the brands can do Omni channel marketing with yotpo alone

Desvantagens:

The Yotpo rewards free program is just for show. There are barely any features in it. Any brand would like to explore the free plan, see how the app is performing before making a commitment to switch to a paid plan. They don't offer anything in free plan making it tough to decide. The widget in free plan is not at all appealing

So many features... Amazing support

Comentários: There are maybe more than 100 review apps that can help your company grow organic content or ask customers to write site, and product reviews. But Yotpo is on a completely different level than most. They regularly update their product, have so many features that can help your onsite and offsite strategies, and most importantly (at least for our company), they have a great team of account executives, experts, strategists, and support staffs.
We started our experience almost 2 years ago (Yotpo strategist: Hannah Kim) and Yotpo keeps exceeding our expectations with new features every month.

Vantagens:

Amazing features - could help both e-commerce and non-ecommerce websites - Great quick support

Desvantagens:

Installation looks easy at first but sometimes requires some knowledge of coding. Not a real con but I thought you should know that.

Premium customer reviews solution

Comentários: Yotpo has really let us use user-generated content to increase our conversion rates while helping us offset the cost of creating our own content, with more authentic content.

Vantagens:

Yotpo has an easy to use interface and has robust and well thought out features and tools for collecting user reviews and photos and displaying them on our websites to really make an impact with customers. Additionally, our account rep is super responsive and helpful with any questions or issues we run into.

Desvantagens:

It does have a higher price tag to some of its competitors, that said, the polish within the product and reliability isn't something you find in all SAS solutions.

Comentários: Yotpo really encourages our users to leave reviews on our site which is invaluable as far SEO is concerned. It has created a forum for customers to ask questions about products and share their real life experience and use of our products. It has improved our customer engagement and we have really gained insight into their journey on our site.

Vantagens:

Easy to build photo galleries. Easy to collect social media posts relating to our products. Customer reviews are easy to filter and display and their sentiment readings help filter out problematic reviews. Collecting reviews is extremely easy and we receive a steady stream everyday.

Desvantagens:

We dont use the tool as best we can. Gathering permissions for user generated content has been a slow process.

Yotpo - An amazing review platform that you really should check out

Vantagens:

We have been using these guys since they started.. so got real lucky on the pricing. It has really helped our customers have trust in our company due to seeing 'real' customer reviews of our services and products.

Desvantagens:

Only con to be honest.. is they have added features but as we had there original top package at a silly cheap price we are not allowed the new feature unless we change to the new plans. It's a fair point as the price far outweighs the features.
