Comentários: I was a very fan of "SurveyMonkey", thus I was looking for something similar, that could give to my organization the same experience BUT with self-host and free possibility. And Limesurvey delivered It to us. Since then, we automatized a lot of processes in our organization. The results were astonishing. We are saving a lot of time.
Vantagens:
It's free, open-source and I can host in my own server (for free). It's even easier to build forms and questionaries than with survey monkey and google forms. The admin interface is easy to use and also the user interface. Very quick to build new forms, to see the answers, etc. Admins can use LDAP to login.
Desvantagens:
Impossible to say anything bad about this software.

I like how it works and its environment. I recently requested technical support and I am very surprised of how quickly and precisely they answered. It was important for me to solve my problem fast and they were very efficient and kind!
Desvantagens:
I would like to have more built-in question types and flexibility with the scale-type, for example (1-10 scales and 0-10 scales)

Hello and thank you for the nice review. You should be able to create any scale type using the normal array question type, where you can define any scale. If you have problems, please don't hesitate to contact our support at [email protected]
Comprehensive but buggy and hard to use. Very poor customer service

Old fashioned and hard to use UI with plenty of bug. Lock you into a subscription with no advance warning of payment and will not refund.
