Personally, I like "help tips" when I encounter a problem. That is, when something doesn't appear, the help text on the screen would prompt and tell me what's missing or what hasn't been done. Otherwise, you have to comb through the documentation. > > You definitely have to be willing to fight through it for it to make sense and to find a way to get it to do what you want it to do. If you're a single operator, it might be worth investing time and resources to an implementation manager or paying Oases to do the work for you in terms of setup. There's lots of help documentation (almost too much). It's not as intuitive - out of the gate as you might expect or desire. That's neither good nor bad. If you don't have the time and patience to go through the documentation, definitely revaluate your tutor management system needs. There's lots in this system (good).
