PestRoutes is the best

Comentários: The team at PestRoutes is the best! I've used several softwares during my time in the industry and I have to say that PestRoutes is the hands down the best. We started using them two years ago and the growth of the system amazes me! The team is always pushing forward and deals with probably their most difficult customer with ease (us at TruForce)! We always have little things we'd like to see and I can't tell you how many beta versions we've had! Don't go anywhere else trust me!

Vantagens:

The team behind the software is really what makes the great software it is!

Desvantagens:

I couldn't put my finger on any negatives in the capacity that I use them

Mediocre at best but likely poorly managed

Comentários: Chronology of their poor management:1) Get locked out and no access to see my route on a working day with no previous warning.2) Call customer support and they tell me my payment info was outdated3) Offer new updated payment but they tell me I have to log in and update payment info myself, they don't take that over the phone. 4) No access to software to update payment info though5)Call again and Customer support provides temporary access to update payment info6) Payment info Field Not functioning and unable to update payment info, sent screen shots7)Customer support tells me they're working on it8) They sent an email, now is functional but by then my access is locked out again9) Had to call again, now a supervisor had to get involved and then finally resolved payment info.10) Asked why I was not given heads up about payment info being outdated, I had that card for years and is not reasonable to remember when they become outdated11) They said they did but when I updated my email in the software, their accounting department didn't get updated Meanwhile, I lost customers due to their poor communication skills. I had the same problem with my email domain. Payment info became outdated. I open my email daily and the first thing I saw was a warning showing X amount of days to update my payment info. I updated immediately and never had an issue. Here's the difference between a good company and whatever field routes is. Bad choice of a software overall

Vantagens:

I signed up for the integration of Sentricon. I liked they offered that since I switched from Termite Liquid Treatments to a Baiting system. Outside of that, it did not offer me a better solution than my previous software in all aspects

Desvantagens:

The mobile app performs poorly. As a business operator, the app doesn't allow you to add a new customer, new service, subscription... etc. You have to log in into the desktop version in your mobile device which is not mobile friendly at all. All info looks tiny and difficult to navigate thru. New app has many bugs. Terrible when uploading info. Often times it crashes on android phones. Also customer info is terrible if something goes wrong outside "how I do this or that" Lastly, if you want out, they they weeks to give you your own cvs file with customer data. On top of it all, they duplicate info AND FIELD ROUTES IS KNOWN FOR MAKING DIFFICULT TO TRANSFER TO A NEW SOFTWARE.... DISGUSTING!

Well integrated, runs smoothly, would recommend.

Comentários: Been using it for a few years now. Every app has glitches but I feel it’s been relatively smooth.

Vantagens:

Everything is pretty integrated and works well.

Desvantagens:

I wish the app didn’t refresh or reload while checked into an appointment. If I leave the app and go back, the app starts from the schedule menu. That could be a setting on my phone, not really sure.

Good system for complex reports and programs, not so flawless

Comentários: Overall i like servsuite for its multi-tier program, adds multiple events for each program at predetermined intervals and pricing- but it comes with many many flaws, it has become very frustrating- their effors are great but fixes are very slow and it is impacting out work flow

does not sync with google, many hiccups and tech support needed, updates tend to cause issues, programming takes a long time to fix issues and we have been struggling, lag in the email server system,

Vantagens:

There is SO much customization available so we can really tailor it to suit our business and adapt it as our business grows.

Desvantagens:

There are an abundance of features and a library of guides on how to use them. It might be helpful to have more access to step by step training with a FieldRoutes rep to answer questions as they might pertain to applying them to our business.

Vantagens:

They key features I like most about this product is the ease of use, the migration process coming over was fairly easy with no major setbacks. The customer service is very prompt to address your problems or concerns.

Desvantagens:

I feel like the Sentricon portion of the software could really use a lot more work. The routing would be more helpful if it were based of actual driving directions. Not proximity.

the fact you prompted this review over the alert and task bar option so i had to complete it to do my job. If you want people to review you dont hinder their ability to work. Or at least let them opt out of it instead of a forced review hyperlink that blocks and restricts me from doing my actual job till the review is done. Kinda scummy

Vantagens:

Versatility and customization. Meets most of our needs in one system.

Desvantagens:

As far as the conference goes, I think the seminars could have been titled and described a lot better. I found myself in several sessions that I wished my co worker would have gone to instead of me because it applied more to them. Or vice versa.

Comentários: Great, easy, and appreciate a good software more and more with everyday that we use it.

Vantagens:

The training that the Fieldroutes community provides to make sure we fully understand the software. It took no more than 1 month to integrate from our previous software and be up and running. And even until today, I still have questions and Im learning more new features that make Fieldroutes that much more awesome!

Desvantagens:

I think what could be more helpful is to make certain features a part of the program, rather than having an extra charge to use it (i.g route optimization).

Comentários: I think my overall experience is very good. Not perfect. Customer service for me has been fantastic, some features are lacking, proce is. A bit high but the ease of use and functionality makes those things easier to deal with.

Vantagens:

I like how integrated everything is and how I can have everything under one company. My CRM, SEO and Marketing adverts are all done by you guys. I do find it to be a bit pricey though. I also enjoy all the landing page stats, it feels real professional.

Desvantagens:

Pricing is a bit much for my small company. I don't like that we can't make the comments for customers bigger so it's easier to read. I also don't like that we can't book jobs on the app as well as techs can't print their own route summary from the app as well.

Comentários: Seeing our dashboard is awesome we are thrilled with accounting side.

Vantagens:

Integration was not easy because we were converting data. Not all the termite clearance letters with pdf files came over.

Desvantagens:

Mobile app needs a lot of help. Call us for beta help. They cannot update contact info in the field. We have podium but the reviews in pestroutes do not go to google unless we get them on podium. Reviews in Pestroutes are only visible to us.

Why cant anyone help us?

i LOVE the tech tracking, it is the only way we can truly keep track of where our techs have been and where they are going. this feature truly is awesome.

Desvantagens:

CUSTOMER SERVICE. no one seems to be able to help us with our issues and everytime we ask for assist we get the same response "wow, i've never seen this before" We are not naive enough to think we are the only company with problems, this app was designed for Pest management was it not? please spend more time training your customer service staff.

Long time user First time caller....

Comentários: Overall I love field routes and have talked up the company for the last 8 years as a tech, a service manager, a branch manager, and call center support manager. I have learned to work around the challenges FR can throw your way. I have become a expert and a valued source for running custom reports. The low level support staff is amazing I've only had 2 questionable experiences in 8 years with them. They are quick to respond to your initial question and have a fair amount of tools at their disposal. Tech routes is a great app and has become a powerful tool for techs allowing them diagram stops and what/where the issues are present. Sales routes does a good job at keeping salesmen from knocking existing customers saving time wasted hitting existing customers.

Vantagens:

Scheduling optimization, Raw power in reporting and finding whatever it is you need from a reporting perspective. Most low level support agents are amazing to deal with.

Desvantagens:

Mapping out stops there is no true distance score and the miles shown are as the crow files causing huge issues with proper routing without having an extensive knowledge of the surrounding areas. its to easy to run the wrong report due to the advanced and complex reporting system (I do love the power but my owners, managers, and agents can all run what they think is the same report and return different information. ) Integration with vendors is difficult at best. there is little support or care with large projects that don't benefit FR directly. updates are sudden, with no information, and after the updates made you don't find anything out about it for days or longer if you don't touch the system daily.

Comentários: Utilizing the service categories to create different categories for types of services that you'd like to see individual totals for. For example, a subcontracted service for insulation is a One Shot, in pest control terms, but having the ability to separate this category from the rest of the One Shots is very useful in finding completed sub jobs quickly, and ensuring paperwork is submitted correctly and on time.

Vantagens:

This software is user friendly, and versatile.

Desvantagens:

There is no ability to edit manual payment entries that are not run through the payment processors, for example, the payment date. There are some customers that submit ACH payments directly to our checking account, if this is not noticed the same day to enter in PestRoutes, you cannot back date the payment entry in PestRoutes to have both dates match.

Great Product, Easy to Use!

Comentários: Overall, I have been very pleased with learning and using PestRoutes. I can't wait to see what new features will roll out in the coming months and years!

Vantagens:

There are so many features available to use and the "Tips & Tricks" webinars truly help you to learn how to utilize these features to suit your company's needs.

Desvantagens:

There are some things with billing and invoicing I wish were a little different. It would be nice to customize certain customers needs. Also, would love to be able to print multiple invoices on a customer(s) at a time instead of one by one.

Complicated and Faulty

Comentários: Very frustrating. Luckly our direct customer service contact is a genius! Calling in to their normal customer service line is always a waste of time and I find I generally know more about their software than they do. Automatic doesn't exist for ServSuite, if you want something "automatic" to happen in this software, someone has to push a button.

Vantagens:

It keeps track of our customers and their program and payment information. ServSuite Mobile is easier to complete services on than doing it via paper. It stores which chemicals were used and can print them on the work orders that get sent to customers (very handy when we get audited by the state).

Desvantagens:

Where to start... Everything about ServSuite is buggy. For instance, if you don't put the address in perfectly, it won't show up in any searches. If you don't click the right buttons in just the right order, you won't get the results you're looking for (or the same results you got the time before). We are constantly sending in issues to our direct customer service contact and they have to look into them and fix them on the back end or send them in for programming to be resolved. Their marketing module doesn't work. Their forms (templates for emails, letters, etc.) are so complicated, clunky, and archaic that we don't even want to use them. Everything is so intertwined with everything else that if they do an update to fix something, it kicks something else out of functionality. We get by, but "Well, it's ServSuite..." is the constant joke in the office when we don't have an explanation for something random that happened. We shouldn't have to find alternate ways to get around something that we pay for in order to run our business, but that's become a daily task for us.

Comentários: I wish there was someone that would've walked us through the set up. process ie contracts, trigger rules, permissions etc. There is so much to know and I feel like we are not getting the full potential of the software even at our current use.

Desvantagens:

Mobile app - I don't like that it forces the techs to use the cell number they are operating from to communicate with the customer. House Call Pro has a great system in place for this.

Impressive Software

Comentários: I have been so impressed so far with the entire experience!
After contacting the company, I worked with 1 person that is in the US, that answered all of my questions and returned calls the same day.
After signing up, I worked with another person. He answered all of my questions and helped to get things set up and running correctly. He would schedule times for a zoom meeting to help with issues. He was also available via text and phone anytime I needed him. He would ask if I would like to schedule another meeting at the finish of every meeting. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions on the spot.
Everyone I worked with was very nice, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were not pushy, which was very important to me!
I have been so impressed with the quality of customer service and knowledge everyone has at FieldRoutes!

Vantagens:

We like the ease of learning the software, the features offered at no additional cost, the scheduling features, and everything so easy to access instead of having to open new pages and wait for them to load.

Desvantagens:

It would be nice to be able to access more than 1 subscription at the same time. We are still learning the system so it may do this and we just don't know how to do it.
