Vantagens:

I love how robust and on the cutting edge Total Expert makes us. Our Loan Officers have a full fledged marketing suite and tools that are both highly automated, customizable, and more than anything purpose-built for each individual Loan Officer and their needs. We love that if the tool isn't built into the system, there is always a strong suite of third-party partners that are highly integrated and easy to implement. What has set Total Expert apart even years later is the constant support, years into our relationship, we still have a regular meeting cadence where we go over any outstanding issues, future releases, and making sure that we are being able to use the system to accomplish our goals and initiatives. I believe strongly that if we aren't successful or miss a release that is impactful, it is not because we don't have the support and transparency from our TE Team.

Desvantagens:

There are a few features that are lacking, or have not been updated in several years - examples of these would be Open House Rate flyers, and the recruiting platform. On the grand scale, very few complaints

Comentários: Overall, Total Expert is one of the best CRM's I have worked with as an Admin and they are always finding new and innovative ways to update he platform and bring the best to our company.

Vantagens:

The system is easy to use. I can pretty much tell my LO's how to navigate the system without me being in it myself. I do trainings on the whole platform when someone new comes on board with our company so I really deep dive into the whole platform and explain each section.

Desvantagens:

Parts that could be better is maybe folders for the admin images library and in that library a selection button to select multiple images to delete. Make assigning or unassigning Journeys easier on our end. Sometimes it is still confusing.

Comentários: It has been amazing. I love the team we work with, and the ability to add our own collateral/branding. The overall ease of using it makes training easy and marketing almost seamless for those who dive in and get to know the platform.

Vantagens:

What I like most about this software is that it seems to be the only platform that is structured to specifically be configured to meet the marketing needs of those in the banking/mortgage industry and covers everything: print; email; social; single property sites; lead capture apps; and most importantly syncing/updating financial information.

Desvantagens:

When there is an issue it takes a long time to get it resolved. The updates sometimes cause a problem in a different area of the platform and getting information of how it's being resolved can be challenging, making it difficult to update our users on what's going on and when that functionality will work again.

Comentários: Overall experience with Total Expert is pretty much good if you have selected features in mind like financial CRM tools and marketing management tools then one can surely go for it.

When it comes to combination of financial CRM and marketing management tool then total expert is one of the leading industry tools in these domain where we get the best handy financial CRM functionalities as well as campaign management embedded tools.

Desvantagens:

Though majorly total expert have various descent features but when it comes to client management and calender management functionality then surely total expert should improve on them.

Always Moving Forward

Comentários: Total Expert is overall simple to use, especially once you get past year 1. Things start to click in the brain and scenarios start popping in your head and it's very easy to take those ideas and create them. The first year you are there and sometimes feel overwhelmed? That's ok! Their CSM and Customer Support teams are always there to help you! Ive built about 100 different journeys from single follow-up journeys to 40 email complicated journeys with split testing and dynamic content. My CSM was always there for me when I had questions.

Vantagens:

From creating emails, fliers, or social posts to creating automated campaigns and journeys, Total Expert keeps things organized and easy to use for the common user. It also allows the more advanced users space to create and grow ideas they have. Total Expert continues to improve and are constantly adding to their system.

Desvantagens:

The only issue that I have run into is the communication of when something is down or there is a bug. They are getting better at this, but sometimes i feel completely in the dark when there is a server issue or a bug they are working on.
