Great software that actually saves you time and increases productivity

Comentários: We are primarily focused on improving the onboarding experience of our clinical staff at this time. MentorcliQ has been essential in helping us match new graduate nurses with the perfect mentor for them, and then provide timely communication so that both partners stay engaged in the mentoring process. All of our stakeholders have expressed their gratitude for the program, and for the platform, which makes it easy for them to manage the mentoring relationship independently. It also saves an insane amount of time for administrators of the mentoring programs, by automating matching, communication, and tracking. It's been a huge win for us!

Vantagens:

The software has a fairly short learning curve, and end-users tend to be able to use what they need without trouble. I love that it doesn't have a lot of extra that you don't really need. It's streamlined, which makes it easy to navigate to exactly where you need to go without a lot of extra clicks. I'm still learning the app, but I think that's going to be a game-changer for our users!

Desvantagens:

I wish there was a little more seamless integration between the different admin functions. For example, in order to retire someone manually, I have to go to Matches to determine who needs to be retired, and then go into Manage Participants to retire them. I wish that admins could click on a user's profile and perform all functions from that spot.

Platform builds a culture of multiple learning.

Comentários: Overall, the experience has been great. The App offers many features, such as Smart Matches, mentor and mentee resources, communication and nudges, and feedback surveys that have contributed to and benefited Syneos Health's mentoring program. Equally, the MentorcliQ team has been excellent to work with by providing quarterly summaries and reviews, timely support, flexibility and expertise with short turnaround times.

Vantagens:

The SMART match and the matching success rate.

Desvantagens:

The reporting features could be better when it comes to highlighting the number of times an individual has participated and completed the program. We would also like to see some additional and more detailed fields in the feedback reports.

Desvantagens:

Once partners are connected, it would be beneficial for them to capture notes within the tool as a centralized location to track/monitor their progress.

Wonderful Program

Comentários: We can all use mentoring to help us along in our professional careers. MentorcliQ is another helpful application to do just that.

Vantagens:

MentorcliQ made it easy to connect with a mentor to help my career growth.

Desvantagens:

Emails asking me to log my time with my mentor. I don't see the relevance of this feature.

MentorcliQ makes our life easier for mentoring relationships

Comentários: Before having a platform like MentorcliQ in our company we could only “flag” people as “mentees” or “mentors” in our HRIS system but no track of anything else ie: no track of the length of the relationship, neither about the topics discussed or competencies covered, no clue about the number of hours invested and no clue on the real mentor’s capacity. Thanks to MentorcliQ we are able to see all this and even more thanks to the various reports on disposal and for sure, participants to the programme are much more engaged.

Vantagens:

As an end user perspective the tool is so easy to use and very much intuitive and so easy for mentees: to suggest potential mentors based on their profiles, to update their profile (adjusting the competencies to develop), to contact their mentors directly through the platform or even to book a slot in their diaries. The resource library -being now customizable- is very rich and more than useful for any mentor or mentee joining the programme with useful tips (videos also) like the benefits for them, how to get started, various customizable agreements… It is also very easy for them to report-record number of hours invested and topics covered through the QuickcliQ by users to keep track of what was discussed during their meetings.As for the admin experience: “it can be both scary and tricky as the tool is so rich and there are so many sections” this is what I am told whenever I’m giving a dedicated training to admins… I find it great that it follows a logical sequence: launch, match, engage (we do not encourage our admins to change anything there though) and measure. The content helpdesk is a real gold mine: with a lot of relevant prepared material that are customizable and so easy to use which is really time saving and thanks to that we can attract more dedicated people to the programme!What I also really like is that I know I’m being listened whenever we have our quarterly meetings with [sensitive content hidden]: when sharing some challenges we are facing; they always come up with int

Desvantagens:

What I like least is the “measure” section as I find it a bit time consuming while extracting any data to provide some figures for a certain scope due to “leavers” (no longer in our company) showing up there but I understood it was for historical mentoring reasons... Could be good if we could upload 2 kinds of reports with "active" and "inactive" people....

Excellent Formal Mentoring Program Tool!

Comentários: The platform helped me create a formalized mentoring program for the first time in our department. We are in the middle of our first cycle, but I am hoping that this program helps enrich our younger talent to build their skills, strengths, and confidence to succeed in the workplace. I am also hoping that this formal mentoring program will help people build their internal network in our department, encourage knowledge sharing, and eventually build a stronger informal mentoring culture within the department.

Vantagens:

The platform greatly simplifies the process of running a formal mentoring program. The support from mentorcliQ is fantastic and definitely aids in making the software even easier to use. As a program administrator, this software saves me a lot of time and allows me to spend a greater portion of my time focusing on my main responsibilities as an engineer.

Desvantagens:

I would like the option to customize a bit more, especially in the surveys that are automatically sent out. Also, the preview message could be improved - it seems like there might be bugs as I usually can't see the links that are added or what the email will truly look like on the receivers end. Overall, great user experience though.

Only con, if I have to pick one is not having full ROI reporting capabilities without additional spend and HRIS integration.

Comentários: Overall we are very satisfied with MentorCliQ and the positive influence on creating and sustaining our mentoring culture.

Vantagens:

The most impactful feature of MentorCliQ is its Smart Match option and the option to setup rules about it. Also the flexibility of the Admin panel is very well organized and easy to manage!

Desvantagens:

It will be a good addition to make available modifications of the Focus Areas of an already created program instead of creating a new one. Probably archive for already existing data and modification of the new edition of the program.

Vantagens:

As a leader, mentoring is an important part of my role. I really enjoy mentoring and coaching others, and find I also learn so much myself through the process. I was impressed with how well MentorcliQ matched me with my first mentee in the program. Despite him being in a different country, in a different team and role, his goals were perfectly suited to my strengths and experiences. As a result, we both got a huge amount out of our mentoring partnership. I would highly recommend MentorcliQ to anyone wanting to add more structure and support to their mentoring partnerships.

Desvantagens:

There were no areas of MentorcliQ that I found challenging. Overall it was easy to use and worked well.

Comentários: It has provided me with resources I can use for future mentoring and opened up other mentoring opportunities.

Vantagens:

I liked the timeline feature included when you are assigned a mentee. It was helpful for setting a schedule for check-ins and provided some guidance on what we were working towards as a mentorship pair.

Desvantagens:

We had a problem with my mentee's account after they transitioned to an employee from an outside user. However this did not have major impacts for their experience and the support team was very responsive.

Vantagens:

MentorcliQ is a godsend! I have manually launched mentoring programs, MentorcliQ makes launching a mentoring program so easy. Everything that you need is within the platform, all the tools arrive just in time to set the mentor and mentee up for a successful partnership.

Desvantagens:

Like any AI, the matching could be improved but I suspect that is more a function of the data science vs the functionality of the platform.

Vantagens:

Easy to use, very intuitive for participants and program administrators. Great features enhance the mentoring experience through online support for starting up and managing programs, including mentor training, flexible for how people work and preferred formats, analytics make it easy to track progress, capture program and participant data, recognize participants, and identify opportunities to enhance and market mentoring programs.

Desvantagens:

The MentorcliQ team is awesome! They're extremely knowledgeable, always ready and willing to help, provide ideas and suggestions for program enhancements. I wish I could say they're mind readers because they always seem to know what I want before I ask AND they think of new things I hadn't even considered! I love working with them.
