This provides a clear audit trail and prevents the common issue of team members working off of outdated files. But I'm not offended: they also refuse to respond to the credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. Either Box is terribly managed or they actually care more about a few thousand dollars than about their reputation as corporate pirates.
