iLobby Makes Visitor Sign In Easy

Comentários: iLobby has helped our business save valuable time with our visitor check in process. No longer are we wasting time in this process as iLobby handles the process for us in an automated manner. The alerts to hosts that you have a visitor waiting for you is great. Giving the visitor the ability to check themselves in through iLobby and even print off a badge with a real time picture saves a ton of time. All of our plants have been very pleased with the overall product and customer service we have received. Highly recommend!

Vantagens:

Very automated and allows hosts to be notified when their visitor(s) have arrived. Printable badges upon entry. Emergency email notification can be triggered in case of emergency. Saves time for our employees to not be boggled down helping visitors check in

Desvantagens:

All positive thus far. No negatives have come to light.

Vantagens:

Having the ability to monitor all my visitors from the online portal is by far the best feature for me. It allows me to keep track of everyone and maintain a safe environment

Comentários: This software is a great asset because it allows our guests to check themselves in without my presence or assistance. Because there are times when I can't be present to greet our guests this allows the check-in and check-out process to go smooth.

Vantagens:

This software is easy to use and for the most part self sufficient. I don't have to be present for people to use it. The software is easy to manage and keep updated.

Desvantagens:

The biggest challenge I have is the printer and the kiosk break communication occasionally and there's not much to do but call for customer service at times. There have been a few times when my system was down for a short time until the system corrected itself. When I have large groups checking in, it does take a while for them to check in, because of the slow communication with the printer. This causes impatience with guests at times.

Easy to use for an afforable price

Comentários: Prompt and efficient customer service, easy to use, and very sleek and professional looking.

Vantagens:

The software is very user friends. With a 500+ person location, we have rolled this out with minimal complaints or questions. We even had a member from our security vendor ask about it, as he was impressed with its looks and easy use.

Desvantagens:

It could benefit to have more customization and the ability to test emergency alerts without sending them to everyone.

Vantagens:

Easy to set up and very user friendly straight out of the box couple that with the quick response from the iLobby team and getting this set up, in use, and modified for our specific use was easily accomplished.

Desvantagens:

There are a few hard-coded features that we did not need and a few we wanted to change that was not able to be changed. No show stopping problems but just a few items that would have been nice to have.

Comentários: Response was slow, and I feel there is lack of attention to customer needs, and more like "this is our product, like it!"

Vantagens:

Ability to present different kind of documents and media, with or without signature, take a picture, scan a bar code if they completed part of it at home.

Desvantagens:

Not flexible to upload documents and set their order Not tracking progress, e.g. How far you watched the video? It will restart if you came back. Not able to see the progress from the portal

My team implemented iLobby as a way for visitors to be accounted for and organized. It was effective in doing so!

Desvantagens:

There were two minor glitches that came about in the main interface, but the customer service was quick to fix our problem.

Comentários: The customer support is exceptional! They always get right back to us no matter what question we have.

Vantagens:

I LOVE the pre-registration option for our employees and their guests, as well as the time it saves us at the front desk since employees are notified via email and text when guests arrive.

Desvantagens:

Occasionally it won't allow a returning visitor to sign in as "returning visitor" so the visitor has to sign in as new visitor and go through the whole procedure again.

Comentários: it is ok, but no services in french, and the salesman that we have the first day was supposed to come in Montrèal to show the machine and He never came, no show, He was supposed to come after and never came!!!! no services after sale!!!

Vantagens:

We appreciate the ability to have a backlog of our visitors that can be filtered and meets compliance standards. We also appreciate the ability to have visitor photos on file. iLobby customer service agents are courteous quick to respond.

Desvantagens:

Connectivity issues are consistent (2 or more times per week), making the system unreliable. Continuous troubleshooting has not resolved the issue.

Great Product and Service.

Comentários: iLobby is responsive to anything we need. I have only had to call them once after the product was installed and that was to confirm the size of paper I needed to order.

Vantagens:

It is the easiest piece of technology in our building. Our visitors and the employees they come to visit find it extremely easy.

Desvantagens:

Nothing. I spend like no time with problems on it - the only thing I have to do is change the badge paper roll.

Great transition to iLobby!

Comentários: With iLobby, we were able to move away from a traditional paper and pencil sign in process. The process is now fully electronic and it’s much easier to run reports! It allows us a much more professional approach when visitors walk through our door.

Vantagens:

It contacts the person's host and is a simple way to do our end of the month safety hours reporting.

Desvantagens:

Can be confusing for those no familiar with iPads

iLobby - benefits & shortcomings

Vantagens:

It is great that it's easy to use. The software walks the visitor through the process.

Desvantagens:

Troubleshooting when there is an update required is tricky for us as iLobby's Apple ID will not erase from our device. We have to call for the password each time an update is required which is rather tedious.

Comentários: Experience has been very positive. We are able to now keep track of our visitors and easily notify the host via multiple methods when they arrive at our facility. It just works with no baby sitting!

Vantagens:

Ease of use and the simplicity of the system.

Desvantagens:

Quality of badge picture. Awkward way of taking the picture. Have seen other products that produce a better quality badge. Probably just need to get a better printer.

Easy to use and efficient

Comentários: iLobby has already replaced the need for a full-time receptionist in some of our smaller facilities and allows receptionists in bigger plants to focus on guests instead of managing regular visitors and contractors.

Vantagens:

Plug-and-play solution that provides all the options and features for an efficient visitor management. Easy to roll out to multiple facilities while allowing different configurations in order to meet local requirements. Helpful and quick customer service in case something does not work as planned or when we have questions and ideas.

Desvantagens:

It took us a minute to set it up initially (mostly due to our own network connectivity), but it has been running well since.
