Comentários: Pocketsuite is like having a personal assistant in my pocket. Whether it is for processing cards, scheduling appointments, or communicating with clients...I love this product!
Vantagens:
I love the ability to automate a huge chunk of the communication with my clients via text. (or email if they prefer). The credit card rate is very competitive. They templates feature makes it so simple to follow up, send reminder messages, and so much more! Their support is amazing. Very responsive to texts!
Desvantagens:
I'm new to the premium side after using the software at the free level for a few months. Still learning new capabilities and ideas.

Comentários: The team is very helpful and patient. After spending time with the app and getting a one on one with them - I feel the application is a good program.
Vantagens:
Once I was able to sit down with the staff at pocketsuites, I was able to better manuever through the system. Had been working with it for a couple of months so I understood what I needed to clarify with the team.
Desvantagens:
I was having problems with errors on the program but the team was able to figure a way around the issue.
This could be great, but give them a year to smooth things outbefore trying them.
Comentários: Could this be a great booking system absolutely, but they have a lot of growth to get there. I’m a little more old fashioned. I like to do things from a computer. I like looking at things on a bigger screen and I also type much faster on a keyboard than my phone. Even though they have a “desk top version” it is almost useless. If you’re wanting to make settings changes to you app from a desk top, the chances from the desk top may not save. Forms: You can send intake forms to clients E-mail, so they have the option to fill the forms out on their computer or phone. However, if you want to fill out an internal form from your pocketsuit desk top to add to a client’s profile, for some reason, I couldn’t get the form to save. The only way for me to add a form to a client file, would be for me to fill it out on my phone. I refuse to fill out forms on my phone when I type 3 times faster on a key board. They’re marketing campaigns: If you are sending a marketing campaigns by text to clients they look fine. If you are sending the marketing campaigns to a clients email, they look like they came from a telemarketer or from a spam bot. They use this wired block text form that I don’t feel looks very professional. If you don’t want a credit card required when clients book, this is CERTAINLY not the software for you. Once you turn that feature on you can’t turn it back off. I have had to reset my credit card requirements time and time again. There is one of two reason I think my credit card settings keep being changed. Either the coding of there software is written in such a way that the credit card feature can’t be turned off, or every time they update pocketsuite, it changes your settings without your knowledge. Either way this is unbelievable frustrating. Which brings me to updates. This is why you should give this company a year before you join them. They are constantly adding things, changing things, which is great until they change all your settings without you knowing. I have NEVER allowed clients to do online same day appointments. Clients are welcome to call for a same day appointment, but booking online isn’t something I allow. They did an update to their calendar booking, THEY CHANGED all my settings. All of a sudden my booking requirements were changed. I had someone book, without me knowledge, for a same day appointment. Thank god I only live 8 minutes from work, but I was completely caught off guard by this. I was scrambling to get out of my house and I was late to my appointment. You want to talk about unprofessionalism. I’m building a BRAND NEW business and I was late to a new clients appointment. Last but not least there online booking from a computer. If you have clients that like to book from a computer, don’t use this software. I am booking my own clients because people think that my booking page is for returning clients only. They have a page, from the desk top version, that is telling you to put your phone number in to log into your account. So my new clients are texting me asking if I can book their appointments for them. Hopefully with the update they did on [sensitive content hidden] changed this, but I’m not sticking around to find out.
Vantagens:
I like that they are trying to be an all encompassing scheduling system. It’s quite impressive how they are building this booking system, but they are still working out the bugs.
Desvantagens:
If you like to do things from your computer vs. doing everything on you phone. Until they finish updating this booking system. This is not the booking system for you.
PocketSuite for Starting Coaches
Comentários: It was a great tool for me when starting out as a Life Coach.
Vantagens:
PocketSuite’s free made it affordable and easy when you are starting as well as giving you the ability to text through a PocketSuite number they give. It’s a one place for administrative and client management. As well as video conferencing in the PocketSuite desktop version making it more accessible besides just desktop.
Desvantagens:
More desktop features besides just being on app version.
