In the templates, if you want to move a document to a different folder, please add a move options instead of having to delete and upload again from scratch. Also include a way to pre-populate text boxes so the user does not have to do it all manually. Would bee a huge time saver for anyone. Accuracy and consistent box size would be best. Also, add a preview feature so you can see what it looks like before sending out or having to send a test email to your personal email. a reminder option would be great to click when outside of the designated reminder set by the admin. > > Okay.
