Great Product - Even Better Company

Comentários: This helps me as the lead track what our future flow of business will look like and a benefit we are soon to realize - onboarding NEW agents is made possible through the transaction and communication management system.

Vantagens:

This product is really incredible - we didn't have to be tech experts to set it up because the onboarding team at Top Producer was so amazing - they helped us every step of the way to make sure we were optimizing our use and continue to communicate with the team - answering questions and helping as needed. As for TPX itself - we love the interactivity level it gives us with our clients and our transactions - we've built our very robust transaction templates and WE DON'T MISS ANYTHING in the transaction processing - we also intentionally build relationships with the people who matter most.

Desvantagens:

We want to be able to manage conversation tracking and transaction updates on the go from a phone - the web app is not great for that. Each member of our team invested in a large tablet with Data so we could use the CRM from a car as easily as from a desk.

Need a merge feature in TPX. Having reconnected with TP has created a huge duplication project. Would also like to be able to export selected contacts to a file from TPX vs having to switch between X and 8i

Comentários: Terrible. I am trying to cancel, but they want me to pay additional money to do so.

Vantagens:

Seemed like easy setup, but ended up being not so easy due to system changes that have glitches.

Desvantagens:

Customer service is poor. They promise fixes and updates, but fail to provide either. Yet, they still charge full price every month.

How easy it is to use and all the options it gave you to support your business.

Nothing I liked it all. There was nothing I would change as it was perfect for what I needed.

Vantagens:

Technical Support. Keller Williams installed the Command CRM about 3 years ago. Main reason I left is the lack of available technical support.

No significant shortcomings. I like the overall product.

Comentários: I'm familiar with the CRM and Websites and think you guys do a great job.

Vantagens:

Lead funnels and website connectivity along with the new AI service,

Desvantagens:

Websites still look antiquated, could use a GoDaddy type model in the webspace and It is a shame that your profiteering off of people's divorces, to find homes that will be listed using your predictive AI, I would ask that you take that out of your data set, unless you can forward that data and send them adds to help them get into Christian marriage counselling and allow me to handle the conversations as they come in and only seek their good in the process and not try to sell them any of my services.

Comentários: I give it a 9/10 so far. I know I am not utilzing all of the features but I am sure I will as I become more familair with the software.

Nothing so far but as I dig into it more I might have some objections.

Vantagens:

For as long as I have been using it, it functions and helps me maintain my clients. I am growing each time I use it and learning more about the functions it has to help me grow my business

Desvantagens:

I wish you could change the contact status of multiple clients at the same time instead of 1 by 1.

Long time Top Producer user

Comentários: TP works ok in it's current form, but has a long way to go in order to be fully functional for REALTORS who actually use it for everything real estate.

Vantagens:

I have been using Top Producer for over 30 years. What first attracted me was the fact this was one of the only products designed for real estate use. I have looked at other products that claim to be better but all have fallen short.

Desvantagens:

The newest version of Top Producer is missing so much functionality that it made me start looking at other alternatives. Please review older versions of TP and learn. Development team should really listen to us long time users more!

New to Market SnapShot

Comentários: Top Producer has been my contact management for many years, now with Market Snapshot I do believe my past and new clients are going to love having more information about their homes/investments. Being their go-to whenever they have real estate questions is my number one goal.

Vantagens:

Having everything in one place: contacts, market snapshot, social connect. Using the mobile app when on the road, keeping notes.

Desvantagens:

Our board would not allow Top Producer access to our data for many years. That is not the case anymore. I am looking forward to working with Market Snapshot and Social Connect.

It is almost too much to utilize for my needs.

It is easy for the agents to use. The customer service is really good and easy to navigate.

The only problem that I have encountered is when I am adding an agent to the system. The customer support has been very helpful but it would be a more effective use of my time if I could get through the process through my account.

Comentários: My overall experience has been great. I left TP and tried follow up boss. I didn’t like it, and I can back. Customer service has always been great.

Vantagens:

Top producer is a CRM that you can start with just the basics, and as you get more comfortable with it you can add more to it, and it’s a simple, effective CRM from the start

Desvantagens:

What I don’t like is that sometimes it freezes, and I need to wait.

Been with TP for over 25 years. Left for 3 months and returned!

I like everything....Although I have used it for years I know there are things I still do not use.
